The game stabilizes enough that I don't have to log off every 20 minutes because of a bug, (like the healing staff bug)
when I get my bank back to where it was before it bugged,
when they call me if they say they will,
when live help chat comes back to the game,
when they prove they can patch something without breaking 10 other things,
when they add a ton of simple friendly tools to make this game a semblance of a user optional game,
when I don't have to use 4 of my characters as banks because they have fixed the banking system.
To all those trolling this extremely positive message, I say this. You accepted the terms of service for the game. Don't like it? Leave...
The hostile people here are the sort of folks that it's difficult to have sympathy with. From what I've seen customer service has been pretty prompt and, after being overwhelmed the first few days, pretty gracious. People pronouncing nonsense about "cash grabs" and the like are just spouting canned lines - if you hate it so much, quit. Everyone will be happier. And, no, the customer isn't always right - sometimes they're nasty and unreasonable.

You sound like a needy girlfriend...
1. I have no issues with game maybe its your add-ons creating a memory leak
2. I use the healing staff what bug? If their is a healing bug its so minor it makes no diff.
3. you lost some tabs and mats get over it you should have been compensated like 50k so meh
4. Why you no call "Crazy Girl Look"!? You are not their main concern get over it.
5. I'm fair ill give ya this one. Trying to get customer service while in game is a downright impossible.
6. I'm pretty sure they have fixed more than they have broken, but I do feel ya on the guild chat and whisper lag, load screen times, and login issues some people had after patches. Lots of quests bugs got fixed though.
7. What tools do you want? AH, Mini Map, ability to inspect players? I bought this game as an Elder Scrolls game that I can play with other people if you wanted a WoW clone go beat up the blizz forums for a new game.
8. Stop storing non rare racial & Trait stones in your bank, pick up only what you need, and clean out your bank. You have no need for iron or older level mats once you move on to the next level of material, so do a little bank cleaning now and then to make room.
The game has been out for what, just over 3 weeks? Give it a break your sub hasn't even started yet. They are pushing 2-3 hotfix patches every week to try and keep up with the communities demands. Its ridiculous the way people act it makes me sick... OMG so many bugs the game is broken #Unsub.... and then they patch...OMG the servers are down now I have to face the real world for 4 hours of my day ahhhh #RefundMe!!!!!
Not sure why but I suddenly feel so much better

Actually I used the word "trolling", that's not referring to one particular person. Also where did I say "leave the game"? Please actually read the post if you want to respond intelligently to it. I'm sorry you're hurt by me saying that other people are being purposefully rude to the OP (as being purposefully rude is part of being a troll). I personally agreed with the post, and as I am allowed, posted my two cents.

Your so right why should people expect a quality hassle free experience from the service their paying for? it's only a couple of weeks how could they possibly fix all the bugs in that time I mean it's not like it's been in development for years, right?
Thank you for showing how *** an Elder Scrolls game can be made. That's the only thank you ZOS deserves.
A turd is a turd.

Biggest problem with your statement... You're in an mmo.... "hassle free experience" does not exist here...

Lol...semantics is so much fun. You really feel the need to try to insult peoples intelligence in a FLAME THREAD, such a brilliant mind at work here. Well I'm a fighter in real life and a PvP'r in game so your false sense of intelligently defending a FLAME THREAD doesn't bother me.
P.S since you are so worried about your voice being heard, you shouldn't try to silence others

Why not? They have been around long enough for developers to be aware of what their getting into. "it's an mmo" excuse is just not good enough

Are you that naive to think that you are going to get a 100% perfect product from a gaming company?????? The "it's an mmo" excuse is good enough, because as it's been stated before, online gaming is a completely different business. It's never going to be perfect, and it's never going to be hassle free. No MMO will.

In MMOs you have an enormous number of people trying to do the same thing at the same time. This honestly isn't the sort of thing that you can troubleshoot before the game goes live. The problem quests in the early game were only broken when there were a lot of people online, which is exactly what you'd expect for a MMO. Many of the problems involve rare combinations of actions, which do things like mess up the database and banks.
This is very different from a single player game, where it is much more reasonable to expect a company to have been able to test and debug things. I think that some people may not appreciate why MMO launches are, by their very nature, buggy.
