What can Customer Support do?

What exactly can the Customer Supporters who read this forum actually do?
They cant answer if something is bugged or not, they cant unban or give back items, they cant fix things, they never answer.
So what exactly can you do other than making sticky posts?

PS: I realize that this topic sounds degrading, I dont mean it in that way, im actually wondering what powers you have so I know wether to go here or use the email support (and wait 2 weeks for answer.. *sigh*)

They're community managers - their role is to build the ESO community and help people help each other. If you need direct game support, log a ticket.

So basically, we, the players are the customer supporters and ZOS moderate it?

Basically yes, nice work if you can get it and have a bit of an ego-trip thing going on! ;-)

I just made a thread about this issue...And two posts were deleted within 60 seconds of my posting the thread. There is literally some sad ZOS rep sitting on the forums refreshing constantly and finding stuff to edit and delete.

I find it amazing that they have the time to delete\edit posts but no time to answer most of the queries posted. It merely shows they are more interested in dogmatically following the process of their terms than offering Customer Support.

If the forum were entitled, "Place for Dogmatic Adherence to Terms" rather than "Customer Support", one might understand it. But being as they've chosen to make it a place for customer support, it would be fairly useful if they got on with it.
