I am posting this from my second account as my primary account has been banned. (Thank god I have two accounts and I can now use this one as a 110 dollar forum account, phew!)
Well, 20 hours later and I'm still sat here with no email, no reply, and the majority of my information coming from pure speculation on reddit and other community forums.
Yesterday I went out for dinner with my SO around 16:00 GMT +1, and to both my surprise and disappointment, came back to find my account blocked for apparently no reason whatsoever. So I send a ticket and await a reply... sure enough, no reply.
Before heading to sleep last night, I also sent another ticket requesting they contact me, and still... Radio silence.
I have paid a large amount of money for this game, I have subscribed for a lengthily amount of time and this is how we as customers get repaid? No information, no reason, just a general ban wave that according to many, has picked up more innocents than guilty culprits in the first place. (But hell, how would we know anyway? We've not been given a piece of information to say otherwise)
Sheesh, even an email back from the support with SOME kind of information, aka "Yes, sorry, we f*****ed up your account and are looking into this just so we can be sure you're not breaking the rules before we decide on further action, please stick with us" would be better than sat here being able to do nothing, with no ETA and no information AT ALL.
