Customer support phone number waiting time?

I'm on hold with customer support right now.

It's been 1 hour and 20 minutes. I'm getting the feeling I'm just waiting on a queue indefinitely. The elder scrolls music is starting to get on my nerves, and don't even get me started about the lady that keeps asking me "Don't want to wait on hold? Go to our website at blah blah blah". I already did that, those aren't calling me back either..

If I keep waiting, will I eventually get someone on the line, or should I just give up now?

    I'm on hold with customer support right now.

    Considering how much everyone is spamming support over the recent bans attempting to get there bans removed. Its gonna be a good wait.

    I realize that. Still, it's almost 2 hours now, that's a wee bit excessive. Not even an indication on what the waiting time is, how many people ahead of me.. just the same 3 minutes of music repeated endlessly.. for hours..

    in advance I'm sorry you have drama... no one here can make you feel better about it except that we do understand stuff sucks hardcore at times. If everyone posts how irritated they are.. and they kinda do that... it slows CS down exponentially. post your frustrations to your personal wall and make a link in your sig if you want... but the less posts in this forum the faster CS can work.

    Well it wasn't really my intent to post about how irritated I am, even though I am quite irritated. I was more wondering if I should just stay on hold. Maybe someone else had gotten through and has an indication of how long the wait is.

    Well I got a response on my callback request. Except they didn't call, they sent me an email asking for an email address (duh, the one you're sending this to) and a secret question and answer.

    Well... that figures..

    The problem with this is I don't know which issue it is referencing. Is it referencing the bank wipe where you've been giving me the runaround and conflicting information for over a week or is it that I reported a gold spammer or the hireling bag issue that I resolved on my own that support had no clue on?

    They're not ignoring you.. they have thousands of people who got caught up in the dupe ban who are complaining.. you just took too long to get in line.. lol
