P.S. Been on hold with the customer service center for an hour and forty minutes now, AFTER being hung up on after waiting a previous twenty minutes.

Really? We banned a bunch of people (yup...we know that) and submit a support ticket (yup...that's what we have been doing). That's it?

They said submit a support ticket for my bank bug too. That hasn't gone too well for me yet as I haven't heard anything.

It literally took me thirty one tickets to have my mailing address added to my account, in which nearly all of those responses were carbon copy responses until I got angry enough to send over 100 messages in an hour, finally got a response and they added the address... I do not expect a good outcome for any of us people who were wongfully suspended...

In fact I just bought EverQuest Landmark.

@Ragnar_Lodbrok‌ - yea...and countless others that were falsely accused. Next time you open your mouth...have some facts. I spent 6 HOURS on hold trying to get their mistake fixed and finally I got an email stating that they had made a mistake.

The forums went quiet briefly because the people who were logged in on the forums but has been suspended got timed out of the forums and couldn't log back in.

They've now removed those suspensions, without telling anyone - no announcement or email about the suspension or the reinstatement, nor any recompense. Also they haven't apologised for all of this neither in announcement everyone can see, which would be the professional way of doing it, or individually by email.

The customer service for this game is just terrible.

Do you have any legendary gear or mats at all? Zenimax should just wipe out all legendary gear and mats created if that were possible instead of banning "innocent" people who are benefiting from the proliferation of the illicit goods. If you and your guild are decked out in all legendary gear that you did not dupe but had easily obtained from the proliferation of the duped goods than I can't feel sorry for your loss.

Everyone should delete their legendary gear and mats that suspect the source was from a dupe. Also appeal to Zenimax customer support which the sticky Jessica put up the other day instructs you to. If they find you are innocent than you will be restored.

I could care less whether you believe me or not but I decided to attach a screenshot of my call log just to prove what a fool you sound like. Fact is I got banned and later received an email saying they made a mistake. The support guy I spoke to said that LOTS of people got caught up in this "glitch" which is what he called it.

So back up on your high and mighty horse so you can continue to troll the forums.

Not sure what this has to do with anything. At the time I think I had 1 kuta. I think I have 4 leg mats now. As I mentioned above, this was a bug with the ban script and scores of people were caught up in it. I was one of them. I spent 6 hours total on hold and finally got in touch with someone at 2am MST.

It's not really fair if you just delete the leg mats someone legitimately spends 2000g on. They most likely didn't know it was duped.

I take your word for it and hopefully you have no more problems. The fallout of a few innocents getting caught up is worth Zenimax dropping the ban nuke. It is not like the truly innocent will stay banned but I empathize with the frustration of having to get your account restored.

I've read this exact comment from numerous people whose accounts weren't banned.
