Beside the banker speech/the guard yelling at people behind the counter, I found that the most annoying sound is the door of the bank in Davon's Watch. Just sit in there during prime time one night and listen to that door open and close every 2 seconds. I just noticed it the other day and it is maddening haha. Maybe they could do us a favor and remove all the bank doors just for me. Hey I can dream!!
