• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

Bank Bug is about to make me quit this game.

I've submitted tickets and gotten zero response, i've never had a bug make me rage this hard.


All my bank slots were deleted several days ago, I have no idea how many resources were lost in the downgrade since I dont keep meticulous track of everything.

I spent the 50k (or whatever) to re-build my bankslots...then just now.

ALL MY BANK SLOTS WERE JUST DELETED ALL OVER AGAIN.




So this is now TWICE that this has happened....all my stuff...gone....all my money....gone....


Are there any official responses to this? This is legitimately game breaking for me.

    The devs mentioned also that you wont get your stuff back, "but its now fixed". Lol really?

    Lol. I've had it happen seven times by doing nothing but trying to swap stuff over to mules.

    It's blatantly obvious they simply can't handle everything thrown at them, has been since last week. It was unacceptable then, and is truly sad now. Matt Frior needs to come out of hiding and make a statement. CSRs aren't going to cut it anymore. People are posting cancellation screenshots left and right.

    Not a single response.

    I lost all bank upgrades and all racial stones, all my gold 45 minutes ago. I put in a ticket. There is no way I am going to play this game unless it is fixed right away. I would be foolish to remain playing a game that keeps deleting my bank items and upgrades that cost not only a lot of money, but that my patience and tolerance levels have limits.

    This is not fun at all.

    They said that the bank fix was not part of this patch and might result in another patch being applied later in the week should the fix come to pass. With luck it will come to pass and we can start acquiring bank slots again.

    Add me to the list also. just happened to me. I keep my bank below 60 all the time and high end stuff on alt. The maps and pets are more than enough compo for the 90 slots I had upgraded too. I will in future, just roll another alt or upgrade their inv's until its sorted.
