Just curious - I haven't received any help whatsoever from my ticket. I'm just curious if anyone has had a response and, if so, did you get a good resolution?

    I sent in a ticket for the items I lost during the server reset.

    Nope, not a word honestly. Friend asked me just the other day if I'm enjoying the game and I was honest. Told him how much I love it and how beautiful it is. How I think the pvp and pve is perfect the way it is. and I told him how the CS is. Long story short. He did not buy the game.
