Nobody has been charged anything for a sub yet.

Everybody is still on their 30 included days.

Pretty sure the people who bought game-time or used prepaid cards have already seen that money go. Not to mention we all payed $60-ish (or more) for the game itself -- those 30 days are not free.

Like I said dude, don't even bother replying to him, he's ignorant and a troll. Just report him for being a troll and spamming.

@krypticslaughtr could it have been better? Yes much better, but this is the hand we were dealt and we either play with it and help ZOS with constructive threads and support in solving issues or we just walk away and play another game.

The OP's thread is just another (in many) threads posted in rage without really giving anything of use to ZOS or the community. Yes people are angry and upset because of bugs and issues, I myself have been frustrated to not have more than 60 bank slots for over a week now but I will stay around and help best I can so in a month from now I can enjoy playing a game with major issues fixed.

But all that money that they already have from us should go towards FIXING the game not creating useless level 50+ content which 80% of us can't even use until the game is truly fixed.

I think the OP has a good point. So far the only feedback we've gotten from Zenimax is from this Jessica person saying "we are working on it, keep creating tickets." Personally, I would like more information. They must have some idea what the problem is that's causing bank spaces to disappear. Why aren't they telling us so we can avoid the things that might create the same issue for other players? If the issue is entirely their database problems, why not tell us that? More info please.

You are correct. They have SOME idea of SOME of the reasons. They probably don't have ALL the ideas for ALL the reasons.

There's a funny little spin on the 99 bottles of beer on the wall song that reads as such:

99 little bugs in the code.
    99 little bugs.
    Take on down,
    patch it around
117 little bugs in the code.

And the accuracy to that is literally the most accurate thing in the history of accuracy. And if you disagree with that, you need go play with C# or C++ for a while.

Y'all would feel bad for the devs.

How do you know they aren't writing in the plethora of other coding languages XD

Normally I would say give it time they are growing. But since I am paying you would expect better customer support that that of a f2p game like guildwars or never winter.
So far they haven't listed in the forums a list of known bugs and possible work arounds until a proper patch can be deployed. I don't even know which bugs they are aware of because lack of feedback.
I am getting automated responses for tickets I submit that have nothing to do with the problem I have. (ex: crashing with large groups, abilities not working. I got a response about bank items and missing items).
Game breaking bugs that have been around for months in pts with no fix or acknowledge of them. (crashing if someone joins group 13+ players. Being flung randomly half way across map, abilities not working right or at all).
I understand a new MMO will have new minor irritants that pop up every now and then. But with poor CS responses and stuff that has been made aware of for months since pts. Seems like they are ignoring them or I'm paying to beta test these issues.

Wait, I don't understand? Is Ri'Dariit a khajit in real life? Are you roleplaying a humanoid cat that sends emails and contacts customer support via phone?

    This is confusing

This one has opposable thumbs, can type and mash buttons on phone. Regarding Ri'Dariit's real world persona, this depends on Moomoo's allegiance. If you like dogs, this one will stay away from you. Hideous creatures.

Getting you back about that comment about grade school, even though I never went to grade school. You meant paid.

Considering most of the big bugs have been there for months the answer is mostly no but also yes (for easy band-aids and obscure stuff they've easily debugged in 10 minutes).

Dream on for the rest - new content is king!

Unfortunately my patience is wearing thin... each day I log in expecting a patch to download and nothing comes. This goes double each time the server goes down for maintenance. Acknowledgement of the issues is a start, but nothing more; when are they actually going to fix something? Anything. I refuse to believe a team of professionals has not, by now, nailed down a couple of the early launch issues they've supposedly been investigating. What are we waiting for, the next expansion pack?

    Fix. Something.

Welcome to the Gaming world, of which is appears you do not understand how things work.

    1. Community Members (those who monitor and post in the forums) are NOT the same as the Game Developers who are assigned and work on bugs and issues.

    2. Community can only post information that they are cleared to release when it comes to official information about an issue, so even if they DO know the status of a bug, they will usually not be allowed to post about it.

    3. The Community Manager, or other specifically assigned person, will be cleared to post information to the forums when there is something to post.

    4. Fixes take time. While an issue that is affecting you personally may not yet be fixed, you are not the only player, and your issue is not the only one in the game.

    5. Just because your boyfriend/girlfriend/dog/neighbor/mom whatever, doesn't see or hear you fart or burp, or even go pee, doesn't mean you are some superhero who never has to do any of those.

Claiming that the developers aren't doing anything is downright insulting and beyond stupid. If they were not doing anything the company would fire them. Just because YOU personally do not see them working doesn't mean they are just sitting on their butts playing Flappy Bird or Minecraft all day long while you fume about a game.

Instead of building yourself up for disappointment, why not actually READ the patch notes that are posted so that you will know what is being released when the servers come down for maintenance.

Until and unless a patch is released, stop expecting something to be fixed every time you log into the game.

If you want to know what the status is of an issue, go over to the Dev Tracker.
