I hate to use you as an example, but...

See this, folks? This is unplayable.

    Broken bank, laggy chat? INCONVENIENT.

Instant death when logging in? UNPLAYABLE.

    ...

Back to your issue, I'm very sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, since it's obviously not a client-side issue, there's nothing I can say that would fix it. I wish I could... That sucks. :(

I sympathise with the OP, it can be maddeningly frustrating.

It would help one hell of a lot if there was more communication ..

Yeah, myself and a few other players have been stuck in this Limbo for awhile. I continue to get the same responses that its being escalated to tier 2. I'm almost starting to believe tier 2 isn't funded yet or that project hasn't launched to train tier 2 representatives.

One person in my thread actually said a GM helped him, but never responded back to my thread or forum mail.

Just a side edit, its really hard to sit here on these forums and listen to all these posts with seemingly "big issues" when at the end of the days, most people just have inconveniences they'd like fixed.

Everyone does, but when a real bug hits you and you can no longer play, you'll look back at the inconveniences and wonder why people are spamming the CS forums on this stuff.

I know, issues with launch. I know the tech is beyond what all others have done before.

What I also know is; the game as it currently stands this moment is unplayable/unenjoyable for me, as well as many other subscribers(your system ENSURES that we are all subbed now, and so it is).

Yes, I could go 'play wow..." and EVERY other mmo out there. More and more- this isnt such a bad idea. Because those titles actually work!

I feel like the usual 30 days 'free' for buying the game... aint gonna cut it. More like 90 days; and thats only IF everything works for the last 60 days!

Trying not to lose faith here. Between the spammers (who manage to send guild invites to me constantly, as well as mails!) and the general nonfunctionality of the system... this game is becoming an ungreebly experience.

I've had only a few issues with the game andb its completely playable and enjoyable for more people, then not. To say otherwise is just greedy, its like a kid who wants his toy. " I want my toy now" "now now now now" also its kind of like this too. " but I want an oompa loompa now daddy"... and you remember what happened to her right? Its called patience get some. I won't respond to this ever again, feel free to insult and troll me lol you will be talking only to yourself

So, just because the "majority" isn't experiencing major gamebreaking problems, then it's fine, and their product is perfect? Alright, alright, I get it.

To be honest, if a game has let's say, even 5-10-15% of the playerbase having major problems constantly, then it's already a gigantic flaw for a company, since it just shows how bad their product it, it's bad marketing in it self.

But noo, as long as there's a majority in people not having such problems, then it's fine.

Yeah, their 'specialized teams' aren't very helpful.

I had a ticket get 'escalated' and then I never heard anything else from them.

That definitely seems like it should be a top-priority fix, not just for a specialized team, but for ZOS as a whole. I hope they get everything fixed for you soon. :\

I think the thing to remember here is that, like myself who is actually having a game breaking issues, I still REALLY like the game, and once my issues gets resolved (if it ever does), I will continue to support the game, and most likely continue to enjoy it.

Problems, bugs and errors will happen in any game. We all have to try and remember to stay patient (mine is wearing thing i'll admit), but, in the end this is how great games are made. By the blood and sweat of the first explorers.

Rarely do I visit game forums to much of....

Anyhow, the first two weeks (including early access) of this game were amazing....smooth....zero issues. Even the gold sellers were not so bad as this. I collected a large amount of crafting resources in these first 10 days or so. Now the bots and lag and everything else.

I will add that I have not had the bank bug. I have had everything else stated here and all over these forums. For those not having any issues or perhaps do not care one way or the other.....good for you.

I for one have paid $80 for a product that is basically 2 weeks of game time. I am not subbing but also not seek a refund.....this is a bloody good game. So....if it takes another bloody 6 months to get it working like the first two weeks then so be it.

Right now this game is very playable.....then....no wait.....not playable.....no wait....playable again....umm....shite....lost some items to somewhere....grrrr....okie.....back to the boss that dropped it.....wait....it took 30 minutes to get enough damage to loot the boss because of the botters.

ZeniMax.....fix the game....we will be back.

I agree with the OP this is one of the worst game releases I have seen in 13 years and yes I did play Anarchy Online.

Day 2 of early access game comes down suddenly for 13 hours
Next day theres a large patch and more downtime
Then mail and guilds all go down
Then theres an emergency patch and another long downtime
Then around 4/7 theres a patch that prevents the majority of the community from logging into the game for 24 hours.

And now theres a major loading screen bug. I am spending 50% of my time on loading screens in Cyrodiil. Need to literally Alt f4 everytime I need to zone.

This is terrible I feel like over the last 14 days of launch for about 6-7 of them this game has been unplayable...

Congratz on the game being playable for you. Not everyone is so lucky. The game isn't playable to me. Losing those extra bank slots crippled my playing. I gather everything I come across because I love crafting in this game. With only 60 bank slots for an account I don't any room in my bags to go play the game. Congratz on being able to play the game. I can't play so I've canceled my sub. They have already screwed me out of the price of unplayable game. Not going to pay sub to company that keep a game running. I'll come back when the game goes F2P. I think ESO is going to beat TOR on sub lose rate.

So a broken bank system makes a game unplayable for you? Just clarifying...

Cant chat, cant mail, cant do guild, cant bank, cant pvp, cant zone.

At this point you are pissing against the wind son, by even trying to justify this you make yourself invalid.

I've been able to chat, mail, guild, bank, zone, and pvp. So I can't really relate to the specifics of your complaints.

There was a brief period when the mail system was down that I did experience. But it was back up before long and seems to be working fine now.

This game isn't perfect. But to refer to it as unplayable is exaggerating in my opinion, because I've been able to play it just fine. I do recognize my experience may not be your own though :)

I just think Zenimax should pay other people to patch their content, it seems to go one step forward, and 5 steps back each time they do it themselves, not that they've done it a lot...

As TES players, we're quite used to fixing our own games!

I've often wondered why ESO isn't open source for this exact reason. :p

What isnt broken? Answer me that. The group system; broken. Mail system; broken. Bank system; broken. PVP system AND CHAT SYSTEM broken.

If communicating with others and playing with them is the point; then the entire game is broken. Chat, mail, bank, guild, etc etc... ALL have problems to the point of near nonfunctionality.
Forgot to mention delayed lag and the time between key presses and anything actually happening when in combat, no intuitive player/target interactivity to help report, trade etc...trying to mouse over a moving target and then hold interact key to select something is so clumsy.
Also nameplates and chat bubbles for the love of all that is unholy.

cyr loadscreen stuck endless. My campaign isnt locked either. Just load screen forever.

Though I knew from in-game i was not alone. I see many have the same and some even worse issues. I hope things improve soon.

I am currenly running repair every time i have to alt-4 from long load times. It seems to kind of work.

UPDATE; WORKED; after 3 LONG LOADs; repair and relog; Cyrodiil in 30 secs loadtime!
