This. I can deal with pretty much anything when it comes to issues, but the attitude from ZoS , lack of communication (or last night's 5 minute server shutdown 'warning' which they might as well not have bothered with) is what's really starting to aggravate me. We have all paid good money for this game and, ZoS would hope, will continue to do so into the months ahead. But bad faith and lack of communication are by far the hardest things for a developer to put behind them, because it undermines trust - trust in the product and trust in the people (just ask Bioware).
ZoS - talk to us when you START looking into an issue, not after several hours of screaming on the forums. These are the first few weeks of launch and will absolutely define your next couple of years success.
Hello, I have infinite loading time after selecting a character. When I select my character and try to get in the game, the loading screen (I'm in Cyrodiil). The loading screen is infinite and no matter how long I leave it will not load.ZOS_MichaelServotte wrote: »Evening everyone. Just to let you know our team is looking into it. I've been raising the concern of lack of communication constantly and nope, they simply close my post and told me to post on another ongoing thread which doesn't in anyway have relevance to my suggestions on better communication because that thread was more on ingame mechanics. Geniuses.
