Long load times, lost guilds

I can deal with pretty much anything when it comes to issues, but the attitude from ZoS , lack of communication (or last night's 5 minute server shutdown 'warning' which they might as well not have bothered with) is what's really starting to aggravate me. We have all paid good money for this game and, ZoS would hope, will continue to do so into the months ahead. But bad faith and lack of communication are by far the hardest things for a developer to put behind them, because it undermines trust - trust in the product and trust in the people (just ask Bioware).

    ZoS - talk to us when you START looking into an issue, not after several hours of screaming on the forums. These are the first few weeks of launch and will absolutely define your next couple of years success.
    Yea i knew there was gonna be bugs but at least tell us what your doing then we don't scream on the forums and the trolls don't troll them for screaming

    Hello, I have infinite loading time after selecting a character. When I select my character and try to get in the game, the loading screen (I'm in Cyrodiil). The loading screen is infinite and no matter how long I leave it will not load.

    I've been raising the concern of lack of communication constantly and nope, they simply close my post and told me to post on another ongoing thread which doesn't in anyway have relevance to my suggestions on better communication because that thread was more on ingame mechanics. Geniuses.

    Bah, I go out for the weekend, come home and logon to start some crafting research to find no guild and addons set back to default? Add that to loosing my first bank expansion last Sunday with no response to my bug report about that, I'm starting to seriously rethink my subscription.

    We are closing this thread as it's been necro'd from four years ago. The issues that were affecting the PC/Mac EU Megaservers on April 5th, 2018 should now be resolved after the maintenance.
