Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    The lack of communication is damaging the game.
    It's been five days, so at this point should I carry on like nothing happened to me before? should i expand my bank slots again? or not ?

    Give us something . I don't wanna spam /report until the CS gets back to me.

    Just lost my bank space, got all the pre-order mails again. Submitted a ticket. Reference number 140416-124340. I wish this was fixed already.

    I tell ya, this *** is getting real old. I've lost 50 bank slots and if i have to pay to get them all back again I will be majorly pissed off. CS is totally useless, "We expect the issue to be addressed in an upcoming patch. Deep apologies for the inconvenience - please bear with us as we work on a resolution."Thanks Shawn... An upcoming patch? Should i buy slots again? Are they being returned?
    - they put a name on the email to make it seem like a real person is listening. I replied to the email from CS, to which they send me a ZeniMax Online Customer Service Survey‏........... yeah probably not the best time to give someone this.

    I was in game and received all of my bonus items in the mail again. I went to my bank and all but two items were gone. I relogged and my items were back but I went from 100 to 60 bank spaces. This is the second time I have been hit with the bank bug, the first time I lost all my items and that has still not been resolved. I put a bug report ingame 140416-125825. Hopefully I can at least get my bank spaces back.

    I was the third person to post on this and I am amazed that there is no new word on a fix yet... Please just respond with something anything 1200 posts and no further comment?

    Just got hit with this as well,reset to 60 banks slots. Lost 2k ish gold that was banked as well. Alt-tabbed and lost ticket numbers :(

    Kinda what I noticed. The least they could do is give us and ETA or some technical details on what is going to happen. It doesn't have to be a lot I just don't want to feel like I'm left out in the dark.

    It just happened to me. I didn't have any bank upgrades, but I had logged out of my main character and into an alt to transfer items via the bank. The bank was completely empty including the 7k gold I had stashed. - I re-logged with my main, and all the items were there, but gold was still missing.

    What I want to know is: If you are getting hit by the bug, WHY ON NIRN did you buy more upgrades? You KNOW it's a bug, you KNOW you got hit, and you STILL dropped more money. It makes zero sense to me.

    And yes. I got hit by the bug 6 days ago. My husband got hit tonight. Neither of us is going to buy any upgrades until it's fixed. And there has been a few comments from devs that they think they have found a patch and if it works, they'll push it out this week. Key: IF it works. No point in pushing it if it doesn't work. Coding isn't easy. Tracking down bugs isn't easy. Dealing with pissy people isn't easy.

    I keep getting the CE emails sent to me. This happened the first time I lost my bank slots and gold. I can't believe this is still not fixed.

    This just happened to my husband (@Mystwolf). He received the four pre-order emails a second time and lost the extra bank space slots he had purchased and their contents. In game ticket submitted (140416-127929). Then he attempted to come here to post but he cannot sign in nor register. Apparently this is an invite only and he never received the email. Heck, I don't even remember getting an email to sign up here ... So I'm posting for him.

    I, myself, have been patiently waiting since early launch (March 31, 2014) to have this fixed and my items restored (see previous post on page 1 or 2, plus another post on a similar thread). We have enjoyed the game so far but this is just so extremely frustrating. It's beyond frustrating but I haven't the words. At least none that I am comfortable writing. I can only imagine folks who've had this happen more than once.

    So frustrating, in fact, that we are seriously starting to consider leaving. It is not something we typically do, we get that nothing is perfect, that crap happens. But lack of communication, poor customer service, repeat occurrences of the same bug, a fix that keeps getting delayed ... forget the 1s and 0s that were lost, I'd rather this stop happening over and over and over and over and ...

    I've been in CS for over 20 years - this is just no way to run a customer oriented business.

    The bug now happened to me 4 times. Having learned my lesson I didn't buy the slots again after the first time and stopped storing anything but junk so lost nothing in the 3 consecutive resets. But I now have 4 sets of of starter items in my mailbox (which can't be deleted, btw, without taking the attachments and thus clogging your inventory some more, oh joy) so I KNOW it keeps happening; twice within an hour last night, in fact.

    My original ticket (Question Reference # 140414-128950) was closed immediately upon opening it with a form 'we're sorry there's no fix' letter. Replying to that email to iform CS that do not consider the matter 'solved' and requesting status is doing absolutely nothing - I have yet to hear from anyone at all.

    This is seriously outrageous, the way the issue is being handled (or not handled, as it were). Being unable to use the bank beyond the default 60 slots is severely undermining my enjoyment of the game - I have stopped gathering and crafting because of it - and there's no way I will keep my subscription if this isn't resolved to everyone's satisfaction sometime very, very soon.

    If this isn't fixed very soon and my bank slots & gear restored, I'm quitting & cancelling.

    I was having fun until this playing a couple characters, but now I have nowhere to put anything..so I feel discouraged to even play.

    All 60 bank slots are full, and I constantly have to wonder how many quests I can do before being forced to stop and drop things from my near full 90 slot inventory already, or have to go back to town to try to decon a few things just to be able to continue (which also takes up slots, so I have to drop (or sell for a couple gold) things just to destroy things).

    ya the bug got me twice, 1st time i lost 20 bank slots + items, 2nd Time i lost 2k+ gold (2nd time just now). Both time i recieved mail in game with all my collectors edition items... So i got 3 sets of maps and pledges of mara taking up space i 'm to scared to try and get back. [Incident: 140415-018126] for 1st time.

    I lost my bank space last Saturday and now today had the bank bug again, I just switched from an alt to my main character and I see the mail icon with 4 new mails. I first thought maybe something sold, but nope it was the explorers pack items, crab, monkey, mailed again. Good job I never upgraded the bank again. I learnt my lesson after losing 20 slots the first time. I then go to check my bank and see it has only 4 items in the 60 slots and before I had around 36. Bit worried it wont go to my alt as they have nearly full inventories, so looks like I'll lose some items.

    is there an update regarding where they're at fixing this and restoring bank space to players previous affected? getting hard playing w/ 60 bank slots

    My bank was reset yesterday. I sent in a ticket as instructed in this thread and received a copy/paste response from support saying that they are aware of the issue. I'm not reporting an issue.. I am asking for support in getting my items and bank slots back.

    The worst part about this is they have decided against putting up a warning to new players not to buy bank space or deposit gold pending a fix. 2 of the 3 friends I convinced to play got hit with it before they heard about the bug, and are now probably going to try to get refunds. I couldn't in good conscience tell them not to, since the only way we get updates is through comparing CS responses on a forum apparently. I guess it fosters community, but it seems to be alienating a lot of people, which is a shame.

    Prescience or naievete? I wish I could believe the first, but I'm afraid it's the latter. I have seen nothing that makes me think it will, at least not any time soon. Sure hope your're right, though.

    *sigh how long to we have to put up with this? Not sure if I can take any more bank resets. It just makes me feel disheartened like what is the point of playing if you can't trust that your items are safe and are just going to vanish every few days.

    Well I'm giving this until next Monday for a fix and a solution to refund the gold + items, otherwise I'll be joining those who are cancelling. I can deal with a lot of bugs, downtimes and issues, but not something like this and especially not how it's being handled. The lack of communication is troubling, and I really can't support this company with my subscription money.

    Happened to me too tonight, got all my Imperial pre-order things in the mail again, and BAM, my bank is back to 60 spots and who knows what happened to all my stuff that now no longer fitted in there. (Ticket: 140416-121533)
    I will take a break from the game until this gets fixed, and if it's not fixed soon I'll be cancelling my 3 month subscription plan.

    Just happened again. I have two mules, and on one of them as soon as I signed in, he received the CE emails. I was transferring gold to him to buy Extra slots since those don't seem to be affected. Only lost 200g this time. I have a ticket marked *Resolved* and the number is 140413-39117. I am not missing any items. Only the first 10 slots for 1000g, and the 5000g that was in the bank. I dont care about 1000g Iost buying the slots, but I swear to the Almighty, if our gold that was stashed in the bank, is not returned...you can keep you ****in game. It is so damned ****ty that we have not heard one ****in word since it has happened.

    First time it happened to me was last week, but I failed to write down the ticket number and got no email so ...

    Lost 40 banks slots and unknown amount of items in them. I have been sitting on 60 bank slots from that time and even made another char to help with inventory space. But yesterday evening I got my pre-order email again with my CE treasure maps. I didn't lose any bank slots this time as I only had 60, but it there are any skills or money lost is unclear to me as I don't remember exactly what my alt chars had. At first glance nothing was lost this second time, but I am wondering how many times this will happen.
