    Agreed. I love the game, but I too have cancelled. This is about as serious as MMO bugs get.

    If they fix it to my satisfaction before my remaining time is up, I'll probably resub. I'm not going to be unfair. If they don't have the manpower to go through the logs, they can just give me the gold spent on upgrades, plus and extra 20k or so for lost mats and wasted time.

    These major screw ups are what give organizations a chance to make or break their reputation for CS. IF they own up and make it right and then some, they'll win a lot of people's loyalty. Unfortunately, between the lackluster communication, slow ticket responses by robots, and the amount of time it's taking to fix, it's looking more and more like a "break" with each passing day.

    This, all of this sums up how I feel in a well conveyed mature level headed manner.

    still missing bank slots, some gold and maybe some items (i cant be sure since some of it overflowed into my main characters inventory but it was also full so who know where the overflow went ;)

    Had a thought, is this only happening to people who where on the Beta, if so maybe it is a bug that cropped up from there, something that did not update properly from the beta build to the Main game build, anyone had this problem who was not on Beta ?

    While I had a beta invite, I never logged into beta, and I've been hit. It was an idea, but that's not what's happening

    I haven't put mine in here because I can't figure out how to get the report number. How do you find that? When it first came up I tried to copy it and that just reset the screen, now I don't see how to look it up

    So I too got hit with the bank bug either on sunday or monday. I got all the preorder emails and immediately checked my bank to find it had reset to 60 and all my stored gold gone. I submitted a ticket in game but did not copy the number down as I thought I would be able to find it if I needed it later..lesson learned. As I have not gotten any reply and wanted to respond in this thread, I submitted a new email ticket 140416-116409 reporting the problem again.


    Ok so checked my email after posting and I got this response which must be an automatic response as it came just 2 minutes after i posted this.

    140416-116950 is the number for my forum help request. I can't find any way to find the number on my in game help request.

    I got my preorder emails and my bank got dumped.

    No real reason to play till this is fixed. I can't believe you don't shut the servers down or at least warn people in the launcher that there is a SERIOUS problem.

    Like everyone else, my ticket was marked as "Solved" with a generic response of "we are aware of the issue." I even bothered to take the time to list all actions I took in game leading up to this bug in the hopes that this might help pinpoint the issue, but now I feel a little silly for wasting my time. The CS rep gave no indication that this information would actually be forwarded or looked at. TBH, I don't even think she had time to read my whole ticket (I got the generic response only 2 minutes after submitting).

    Re-posting my ticket here in the off chance that someone will look at it.

    I just lost all my personal bank slot upgrades (20 item slots) and all the items that occupied those slots. I do not know exactly what items were lost but I do know that 20 are all missing. As best as I can recall, these are all the immediately preceding me noticing this issue:

    1) I checked my bank and stored items while in Daggerfall in Glenumbra, and nothing appeared to be amiss at the time.

    2) I purchased 500 herbs, then proceeded to an alchemy station in Daggerfall where I crafted about 400 total potions to level my Alchemy from 43 to 50. The potions I crafted were lvl 30 Potions of Weapon Crit (Health+Stamina+Weapon Crit) and lvl 30 Potions of Health (Health+Magicka+Stamina). Some of the materials for these potions were stored in my bank while others were in my inventory. I believe that all the cleansed water I was using at the time came from the bank, while most but not all of the herbs were in my inventory.

    3) Upon reaching Alchemy skill 47, I sent a point to learn Chemistry 3/3 before continuing to craft up to level 50.

    4) After this, I traveled to traveled to the Wayshrine and teleported to Al'kir to sell my potions.

    5) A few minutes after reaching Al'kir, I went to the bank and opened Guild Bank (but not personal bank) but did not deposit or withdraw anything, then opened the guild store screen. From the sell screen, I split two stacks of 100 potions into four stacks of 20 (two each) before posting these stacks to the Guild Store for my 2nd guild and then the guild store for my 3rd guild.

    6) After this (again, without checking my personal bank at this point), I logged out and logged onto my lvl 3 alt character.

    7) Upon logging onto my lvl 3 alt, I received four pieces of mail containing the pre-order and beta bonus items, which was strange because I had already received these once, and it was my understanding that I would NOT be receiving them for each character (nor did I notice this happen with any of my other alts). The time received for each mail was "1 minute ago" which leads me to believe they were generated upon logging on with the alt.

    8) Right after this, I checked the bank in Stros M'kai and the personal bank on my alt was COMPLETELY EMPTY with no slot upgrades whatsoever. I losed and reopened bank, same issue. I reloaded ui, same issue. I then logged out and back onto my main.

    9) Upon opening the bank on my main, I noticed that I did have items in the bank, but did not have any of the bank upgrades. Prior to experiencing this issue, my bank was at 77/80 items, afterward I was at 57/60 and thus missing whatever items were held in those 20 slots that disappeared.

    10) I logged out and back onto my alt to check the bank. At this point, the bank was again the same as it was on my main, with 57/60 items and the missing bank slots (instead of being empty like it was earlier).

    @Lelouch010_ESO‌ Hard luck. Welcome to the support group, thanks for sharing. I've seen reports that this mess will be fixed by Friday. Conflicting reports on item or slot refunds.

    This is the astonishing part. I can't believe the lack of concern or even ability to take responsibility this company has.

    Exactly why I'm so frustrated by the situation. Its been an issue since beta and they just let it go on w/o warning us.

    Yeah, I got the ridiculous RP response to the real life issue within 2 minutes of my submission. It also said it would close the ticket if I didn't reply back.

    They are seriously pissing people off with this crap. I love how the first line in their auto responses is..

    So, I initially reported the loss of my bank slots on the 11th, and my post was flagged as having been referred to CS. I submitted a ticket as Jessica requested in the OP of this thread on the 13th. I've heard nothing. No form letter assuring me they're sorry they've not gotten to me yet, but not to worry I'm in the queue. Not a peep. Folks who submitted tickets after me have received acknowledgements from Support. Is there any way to check the status of a ticket? I just want to know that it's not been lost or deleted.

    I can understand that the solution may take time, but I'm beginning to feel angry that my repeated questions haven't elicited any response. Community staff should be able to explain how the ticket process is supposed to work and what our options are when we fear we've fallen through a crack. Surely they have some automated tracking system ...

    Ticket set as solved, yet my bank is still the default after having been fully upgraded.

    I really just want reimbursed the gold to re-upgrade my bank. I was able to find all the items on a random alt that I made when the game went live for early access.

    I spoke with a CSR tonight. They escalated my ticket, and I now have skill points to spend. They said the items will take more time, and they will get back to me on that later.
