GreatPlayer✭✭✭I'm going to go against the grain and say I really love this game. I know there are bugs and the downtime tonight sucks, but I'm enjoying myself quite a bit. To be completely honest, I wasn't expecting to like this game at all. I'm actually in another beta for a game coming out soon and was expecting to play that, but have changed my mind.
There is something about this game that really keeps me immersed. Both PVE and PVP. I think it is the classes themselves. The nature of how builds and skills work. Finally, I really like the crafting for some reason. Normally, I just skip it and try to get to max level first.
Anyhow, you folks have some angry peeps right now. Thought you might like to see another side of it. Haters gotta hate.
Can you pls tell me what that other game you are beta testing for?

Everything's so detailed, the game world is beautifully designed and feels natural. NPCs are fantastic, and this is the first game I've felt anything at all one way or the other for any of the race's political views - basically the writing and backstory is amazing. Watched a random cat doing its thing, and one of his little ears moved back (a tiny little detail that made the cat seem more realistic).I have to say that they made the aesthetics of Coldhabour perfectly. The water/goo looks amazing, and the characters do a good job at giving you a sense of doom drawing near.

It has everything to do with Customer Support, why don't you ask that question of the thousands of people complaining? They are not being constructive, nor are they discussing a problem that the support team does not already know about and are actively working on. A show of support to the ESO team is very helpful and can help lift the spirit of the customer support team and hopefully give them a boost they most likely desperately need.
The constant bashing all the kids (mental) keep throwing out hurts a support team in more than just flooding the forums, and hiding the real issues that should be discussed. It adds unnecessary stress, a stressful team does not work at their best. People who are enjoying the experience are normally hidden away, the people most likely to say something or leave comments are generally whinny entitled people who do not even leave constructive posts.
A positive post is a breath of fresh air, thank you @Colbane

Yep, let's all be nice to the CS team in case we all hurt their feelings. Now, we would not want that or else they might not give us information or reply to tickets.

to the CS team who, even as I type this have nothing better to do than read all the posts on the forum. And why wouldn't they ? After all this is a Customer Support forum. And if you really believe that any of these posts are seen by anyone other than the odd moderator then ....

Back when these were the beta forums, there were mod descriptions for exactly what each forum was intended for... And no where in there for Costumer Service was "Give us your opinions of the game".
