What does this have to do with customer support?
It has everything to do with Customer Support, why don't you ask that question of the thousands of people complaining? They are not being constructive, nor are they discussing a problem that the support team does not already know about and are actively working on. A show of support to the ESO team is very helpful and can help lift the spirit of the customer support team and hopefully give them a boost they most likely desperately need.
The constant bashing all the kids (mental) keep throwing out hurts a support team in more than just flooding the forums, and hiding the real issues that should be discussed. It adds unnecessary stress, a stressful team does not work at their best. People who are enjoying the experience are normally hidden away, the people most likely to say something or leave comments are generally whinny entitled people who do not even leave constructive posts.

I have brought up several times when other threads(That are yes negative and pointless) aren't posting anything to do with customer support. Problem is there's thousands of them, so it makes a dent in what's observed.
Irregardless, positive or negative threads that have nothing to do with seeking support, just clutter the forums. The devs don't need to be coddled, they need to be able to see and address people's issues. These kinds of threads prevent that.
Not to mention, we are paying for their services, it is not our obligation to make sure they are happy.

Leaving out the fact that you are posting here as well, adding to a conversation that you do not believe belongs here. Why don't you just go away and let the moderators deal with deciding what goes were? Its not your job.
