I am surprised someone resurrected this thread :P
I am surprised someone resurrected this thread :PYah, somebody had resurrected it. I didn't notice since it was on the top of the forum.
Their post seems to have been deleted though. Not surprising since they necro'd the thread just to call everybody slackers and tell us all to get a job.
You really have to bend over backwards to not admit "veteran" leveling isn't some of the laziest design the genre has ever seen.
It's ok to admit it and still like it.

But its a better design to level to 90 and then do the same boring dungeon and raid every week?
Cmon, Vet content is a lot better than everything MMO´s gave us in the recent years. Finally we can gain skill´s past the level cap, something that Vanilla wow also once had, but the whiners ruined it and now you have zero char development from 90 onwards. This is lazy design!

Don't you want their Skyshards?
You're missing my point.
The skyshards could easily just be restricted to the faction leveling in their own area and not be accessible to other players.
I mean...the design as it is now, is just slack game design from a higher standpoint.
AND you even run around without no world pvp or engagement other than the other Veterans you see and meet.
This kind of game design is so bad on many levels ...

I like how you always click lol on every post with any criticism and then rant about WoW like a jilted lover.
But yeah, fetch quests for endgame. What an awesome addition to the genre. Totally not lazy at all to recycle leveling content and pretend it's something new...
It's filler because they knew they were short on content.
