Vampire Skill Tree Bugged

In the vampire skill tree a few things are broken.
-Poison Mist is not ticking the correct amount of times. The tooltip states it suppose to do damage every 0.5 seconds for the 4 second duration. This means it should hit 8 times. At this time it only is hitting 3 times.
- Bat Swarm Ultimate is no longer getting a reduced cost from higher vampire stages.
-Vampire stage tooltip is randomly reseting. Even though the actual cost is correct what the tool tip states is the cost as if I was stage 1 vampire.

Please Post if you are having similar issues and state anything I have missed.

This has been bugged for 4-5 months, since I join the psijic order. Good luck getting it fixed.

I know Poison Mist has been bugged forever, but the other 2 are new ones. Bat Swarm Ultimate used to be reduced by vampire Stage. Plus in beta only a few people from PTS could report it if we get mass awareness and lots of people submit report bugs be hard to ignore.

I don't know what the deal is either. Poison Mist has been bugged in the PTS now for a few months without a fix and I have submitted a few tickets concerning different issues with the vampire and haven't even received a reply to let me know they have seen my tickets. Seems like they are shying away from Vamp/Werewolf if they can't fix one skill that has been reported broken for months and now broke 2 new things.

Many people care, and no Vampires don't suck whatever you say.

Also they don't get owned in PvP as you say.

You can basically mitigate all the extra fire damage you take by just being a Dunmer with FR trait or by applying a FR enchant to a ring in addition to wearing some Light armor with passive to the point of being a regular player.

As for the skills. Poison Mist has been broken since December and has been reported multiple times even in PTS. I don't see why this isn't an easy fix. Make it hit the 8 times it's suppose to no 3.
I don't know what the deal is with Bat Swarm Ult not being affected by Vampire Stages anymore. It did before random maintenance and nothing in patch notes about change so I am assuming this is unintended bug that needs to be fixed.
The tooltip randomly resetting for magika cost of abilities related to vampire stages is an annoyance but at least I am still getting the correct cost.

I just don't understand the complete ignorance of the ability. It has been a documented bug since the PTS and even thought I report it each day I never received a response from Dev team letting me know they have seen it or that it is a known bug they are working on. Been a few days and nothing. Yet that same day when i reported a Gold Spammer i got a response about that.

@Melkor, I too have reported it quite a number of times along with other bugs. At this point it's probably a matter of triage more than anything else, and unfortunately there are some pretty big ones such as Twin Blade and Blunt not functioning for daggers, poison mist being bugged out, main quest blockers, disappearing banks/items & bank slot resets, mails (at this point extremely rarely) being duplicated by the server, etc. The best we can do here is hope they fix their "stuff" asap since more attention will finally be brought on these real issues rather than "I don't want someone else to have the option of a minimap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" cries from a vocal minority.

Well it was even an issue in PTS so you think that would of been enough time for them to come up with a fix before all the stuff going on now happened. Also the issue that Bat Swarm isn't being affecrted by Vampire Stages anymore is a big annoyance. Speaking of Triage, apparently ignoring my bug reports about the issue and others since PTS is ok, but when I report a gold spammer it get's a response that day. I would at least like a response letting me know they have documented the issue or it is a known issue that they are working on.

Well, to be fair, I was concerned about the bat swarm not working with stage 4 reduction. But now I'm more concerned about my items/skill points being deleted.

Also slightly bugged with Vampire;

Midnight Drain sometimes it takes you 2-3 times of spamming for it to actually go off. The animation lags and is behind almost always.

Unnatural Resistance Passive, doesn't show in character attribute screen as having any different effect on health regeneration effects from stages 2-4.

Dark Stalker, seems to work more during the day time and almost never at night time. It will work around 25% of the time all together. You can go mob to mob and it will come on and off in stealth.

Clouding Swarm, somehow NPC's are unaffected by your being invisible even if you quit attacking all together. They will always see and hit you while using this ability.

Almost half of the Vamp skills are broken, and have been for a long long time. Fix please.

Speaking of drain issues. There is an animation bug that if someone kills my target before I finish my drain I'm stuck in the animation until I do another skill.

Also with the cost thing, you need the stage one amount to cast the spell but it will use the actual stage amount of resource.

If that's true maybe that's why Bat Swarm Ult is not working correctly. I requires the normal amount to use, but since it's an all in move it just uses the initial use to activate and doesn't take into account the reduced cost.

in case of the ultimate this is well not really what i had skilled for :P but the stealth movement ability is also buggy - it just happens to dissapear at random when you die - a relog fixes it but thats not always a good thing to do in good old cyrodill

I hope you all have been reporting this. The only way it will be brought to their attention, especially with people reporting every lil hiccup their game has is to get mass reports about the issue

Dark Stalker passive is also bugged. Speed bonus works at first, but breaks as soon as player dies and respawns. Only relogging helps.

Kinda sucks we put so much time in becoming a vampire and leveling up the skill tree, only to find out over half the skills/passives are not working correctly.

And finding out today that this skill tree has apparantly been bugged for months now is also very worrying to say the least. Might as well have them remove the skill tree from the game entirely if they don't care about fixing it.

I know a few of these are old bugs that still havent been fixed. But the Ult cost not being reduced, tooltip error and few other are newer ones since it has gone live. So they are actually breaking more of them <_<

The Drain Essence ability will not fire off at all if your target has a cc immunity up or has a natural immunity to cc.

This may be working as intended, but imo a better solution would be to have the damage/heal portion still trigger so it doesn't make the ability 100% useless in alot of situations.

Still no response from a ZOS representative. This is getting ridiculous. Been almost a week and no reply. The only thing I received was an automated email but it was about items being lost and bank items

not to mention that the WW is broken as hell too...and he is even weaker, because none of his passives work without the transform equipped...
they should really do something, and that fast...otherwise there will be a lot of people who jsut ignore these possibilitys because they are broken...and as soon as they get fixed, the problems with scammers will be even higher...
