[Solved] Missing Explorer Pack
Been nearly a week since i sent an in-game ticket about this issue and had no reply, so i went to the retailer i got the game from and here is the Chat Transcript:
When i say ive contacted eso support, i mean I've seen in dev tracker them say retailers should provide a code for pre-order bonus items.
So my questions is, is this retailer giving me the run around? Or is indeed the explorer pack meant to be tied into the head start key and i just havn't received the items?
Would be nice to get an answer as that retailer has bad support (took 38mins to get that answer from live chat never mind the time in the queue) and be nice to know if its needed to file at complaint at the retailer or not.
