I am surprised it was relatively quick, but that's a very pleasant surprise!
Were they actual charges? Or were they pending charges? If they were pending, you just *** yourself (not Zeni). If they were indeed actual charges (which is improbable since they won't be actually charging cards until May 4th) then you have a right to complain.
They have some bad rookie devs working don't they? I mean ton of bugged quests at launch (some game breaking), roll backs, items going missing from inventory, and the icing... surprise charges on C.C, not to mention the support is kinda useless ATM.
