Bank Wiped/Upgrade Gone

    I just had my bank space reset (down from 110 to 60) while swapping between 2 characters, missing its money worth and items, just sent a ticket..this is a serious bug...cant believe its been there since early access...omg...

    EDIT: My characters bags are full, bank is full, cant proceed with the game...guess I have to create my alts again?...sigh...this is so annoying...might just stay away till they actually fix the game...logging in and out...passing items between characters...

    same issue here... bank upgrades and gold wiped out..

    I have had it happen 2 times.

    4 Tickets submitted.

    Generic response back all times...

    I only had that bug hit twice; 1st time ticket still has no response (pfft, it's only been 8 days), the 2nd ticket was closed with the 'we fixed that bug; freak' answer from the 2nd tier support dude named Paulson who is/was simply a CSR going for the "most tickets closed in one month 'achievement' badge"... irregardless of whether he/she/it solved the problem or not.

    I'm kinda rooting for Paulson atm... with nads like that...

    Happened to me twice along with the in game mail items.

    I got these responses. the second one I thought HELL no I'm not giving you this info. Looked fishy. No rep should be asking for this type of info from registered users...am I right?

    I doubt they could fix a typo in this game, let a lone the bank bug. Losing items is a huge problem and the fact it's gone on this long is ridiculous.

    The bank wipe (relogging returned the items) and re-mailing of all the Imperial bonus items just happened to me again on 4/13/2014 at 8:36PM EDT. I did not upgrade my bank slots since the last time it was wiped. My bank upgrade has still not been returned.

    I submitted a new ticket to Customer Support text is as follows:

    On 4/8/2014 and 4/9/2014 I open ticket numbers in regard to loss of my bank upgrades due to a bug.

    #140409-033784

    I am opening this ticket as per instructions in the patch notes to request return of my missing bank slot. I had the 70 slot upgrade, which was reverted back to 60.

    If you keep opening tickets about one and the same subject that won't help you much mate.... just stick with one ticket and wait for their response. I'm sure they're swamped with stuff right now, so just have some patience....

    My previously opened tickets were closed as 'solved' as I have documented in this thread.

    Additionally, the patch notes say to submit a ticket. It does not specify that those who already open tickets are exempt, so I am opening another ticket. http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/81292/patch-notes-v1-0-4#latest

    I still have not received any information on the restoration of my bank.
