I submitted a new ticket to Customer Support text is as follows:
On 4/8/2014 and 4/9/2014 I open ticket numbers in regard to loss of my bank upgrades due to a bug.

I am opening this ticket as per instructions in the patch notes to request return of my missing bank slot. I had the 70 slot upgrade, which was reverted back to 60.

If you keep opening tickets about one and the same subject that won't help you much mate.... just stick with one ticket and wait for their response. I'm sure they're swamped with stuff right now, so just have some patience....
