This just happened to me too, 1:30 a.m. EST. I was not switching characters, or doing anything, really... I was questing with a friend, and we both ran to the bank to empty our bags... and my bank was reset. I hadn't logged off, was playing all day, and it was fine... until it wasn't.

I had upgraded my bags to 110 (I have a lot of crafting mats), lost some of my items and then gained them back, but still lost others, lost my money... honestly I don't care about the items, but I do want my bank slots back.

I'm so sad.

I will add my name to the list. Logged in from an alt, had new CE/preorder mail and my bank was completely empty and reset from 90 to 60 slots.

Sure am glad I put in a ticket...so nice to get the copy/paste response asking for information I already put in the ticket.

This is BS.

Mine happened right at the moment I received duplicate pre-order items, and I was crafting at the time, and watched the stuff go poof when I had my window open to deconstruct something. 16 hours later and I can't get an answer to my question on if I need to avoid logging in until this is fixed or not. I just cancelled my 6-month subscription, too

I noticed that they don't mention the bank upgrades or gold I lost, but at least this is a start, and at least somebody took the time to give me an update instead of their usual closed case, pre-written letter business.

Just happened to me, was swapping around mats for alts in the bank and freeing up space and then my alt lost access to shared bank and i lost 20 slots of bank slots. AMAZING.

This happened to me. I had 70 bank slots all full, logged off character 1 and onto character 2, then received duplicate imperial edition mail. Checked the bank and it showed as empty.

Logged in with character 3 and noticed items were showing in my bank again thankfully, but only 60. Slots had been reset and if there was any gold it is also missing. I did notice that the items in the 10 slots which disappeared showed up in character 3's inventory, so that's good. Thankfully my inventory was not full.

Just happened to me as well, got the pre-order items in mail again and my bank went to 60 from 90. this might be one bug too many for me.
