    Happened to me too, after yesterdays patch. This should really be a number one priority issue.

    This has happened to me twice: Monday 4/7 @ 8PM EDT and again last night 4/8 @ 9PM EDT. My ticket was closed as solved, but it is not solved. In fact from all these new threads opening up with the same issue, I'd say the problem is spreading. I am reopening a new ticket.

    Just happended again to me. WAs switching between alts and got hit with the promo items again mailed and bank reset to 60 slots. My previous tickets bank weren't returned yet and now again got hit.

    Fix this issue asap, its been days. This is not acceptable...

    Bank just glitched on me too, 5 mins ago.

    Logged in one character and it seemed okay, my mail included to gold seller spam but apart from that only the pre-order items I've not taken out.

    Logged in a second character. First thing was I got 4 mail items, a DUPLICATE set of pre-order items, odd. The mail confirms it was sent the when this character was logged in!

    But then I saw all my gold has gone, some 7.5k of it! All items I can recall being ithere are there but no gold.

    Even odder, one character only sees ONE item in the bank!

    I'm gutted, 7.5k may not be much but it took me a week to gather it. The irony is I was going to take my gold out due to the damned glitches and forgot to do so on the first character I logged in.

    Also, when did this occur? We were aware of an issue impacting some people a few days ago. Was this recent?

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Many of us have reported this issue and are having our tickets closed as solved but without resolution. This happened to me twice, the most recent last night at 9PM EDT.

    Update: I just got a response from CSR @ 12.42pm EDT saying the agents of Molag Bal have stolen our items - lol. She says they are working on it, and everyone will get their items back. I hope that includes our bank upgrades. I only bought the lowest level one, and I feel really bad for the people who bought the biggest upgrades.

    AFAIK nobody has gotten their bank upgrades back.

    I logged a ticket a few days ago.

    I don't even care about the items I lost. I just don't want to spend another 10k gold upgrading my bank 3 times as another player did that and then lost all their slots again within 5 minutes...


    I'm yet to receive any sort of response. I understand it's being worked on but it's one of those bugs where I'd be quite understanding if the servers were shut down to fix it. It just needs to be done.

    Just happened to me. Lost items from bank as they were shoved into my inventory slots. Right before that moment my bank reset, I had deposited 30k gold. Lost that too. Submitted a ticket. The customer service said it was going to take multiple hours. Now it says a whole business day. Jesus.

    First question: what is default bank space? 50, 60?

    I was transferring items from Character to Character when I logged my main and all my 59 Stacked items were lost. 200 here, 100 here, 30, 20, 12, 9, 3, etc etc all my Crafting Supplies wiped clean and bank space said 60 and to upgrade would cost 1k

    I rebooted PC, launched the launcher and ran a Repair Check...logged back in game and my items were back; YAY

    But my bank space says /60 whereas before it was /70 I think...My personal character has 82 slots but I believe my bank to hold 70.

    To upgrade says 1k and while I believe it will grant me 10 slots prior to upgrade was gonna run me 3300

    So what is the breakdown?

    /50
    /50+10=1k
    /50+10+10=1k
    /50+10+10+10=3300?

    PS. Gonna re scan a repair tool on my ESO launcher and see if I get my Bank Stash back!

    My bank have been reset to 60 and "purged" of the gold it contained, for the third time, a few minutes ago. This is becoming more than annoying for a crafter.

    Happened to me too last night (April 9th, roughly 10pm). Funny how the NPC bank characters say how secure it is to bank with them. Oh the irony.

    I had the exact same thing: log into character, receive 5 pre-order emails that I'd already received during early access, then check bank, and it's empty (of gold and items) and has been reset to 60 slots. This character was level 11, and was doing its banking on Betnikh.

    When I logged out and then onto a different character, the bank had some of the items again... but the max slots were still 60, when they should have been 90, and the gold was still gone.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ It is sounding like a fix isn't in sight, and unfortunately, I have already prepaid for a 6-month subscription like an idiot. Is it possible to at least have our characters reset a few hours before our bug hit us if there is no way to recover our items? I'd rather be rolled back than start all over.

    Just happened to me also .... Got the pets and so forth in mail, then lost 2 bank upgrades and some mats that were in there.

    I thought if we died and came back thousands of years later our items would still be there? Mine lasted 3 days, according to my /played hours.

    Yeah, happened again to me tonight. I'm getting smart though. No more upgrades, no storing money in the bank. For mo, both times it happened, I was transferring items between an alt in DC and an alt in AD. Logging off the DC alt and into the AD alt - and boom - another set of mails and a bank reset.

    I think I'm just going to use the treasure maps :D!

    well I guess I won't be putting more than 60 items in my bank from now on, guess I will have to pick and choose what goes in and what doesn't. I don't think I've ever played a game that had a bank glitch like this, and I've played them all since EQ, come on Bethesda, how hard could this be? I'll add that I can deal with down time, I can deal with disconnects and broken quests but you start messing with the stuff I spent my game time finding then we'll be in a fight.

    Just happened to me for a second time. I have submitted in game customer service tickets both times and got ZERO response.

    Im normally very patient but Im about ready to cancel my sub after the 30 days if not fixed and remedied for the gold I have spent.

    Happened to me 9:30ish lost my 30 extra slots and 30 items also around 15k gold that was banked. This is unplayable for me now. The support ticket response will make my decision if I want to keep playing ESO and if I will have to reverse charges on the game.

    Yea they closed my ticket and I reported this over 2 hours ago in game and then I come to forums upset as they wronged me since day one.Yea closed you as you are spamming ???????I don't have as many agrees or insights because im con airing my concerns..

    It happened to me today. Submitted a ticket already, I had 100 Bank positions and over 50K Gold, My items were placed in the inventory of one of my characters but the Gold was lost. With the usual mail of the pets and maps.

    I wont use bump as it is against the rules, also if I respond to answers its spamming.But emails talk about the passion to help me(almost 3hrs ago) just record everything like I do( still have my 1970 school records lol).O and don't use the refund word eek I did it
