I got my preorder and i cant play my 30 days xD it seems have to buy another month to get my "free" 30 days. I think lots of people wont like this and just quit xD3

No you don't need to setup Credit Card, Paypal, or whatever subscription setup you need to get your Free 30 Days.
PM one of Zenimax CS around this forum, they will give you 1 Day Compensation key or something. With that key, you should be able to redeem your game key without having to setup your subscription, voila you will have your free 30 days. ZOS_ChesterN sorted it out for me.

What he said. It is up to Zenimax to continue to create and release enough content to make the sub worth it. As it stands now, this is more than worth what I paid for the game and a month of sub time. For sure one of the best MMO's I've played and I constantly get a nice tingly feeling that tells me "man, this is so much fun" as I go through the game. Tons of potential, and I hope Zeni continues to create this sense of value.
Edit: Now they just need fix this whole getting people subbed and able to play issue. The fact I have to wait until Wednesday to play the game I pre-ordered is *** stupid. I wanted to get the best edition out, and that was the retail Imperial Edition. Due to that choice, my shipping is delayed until Wednesday, and now due to Zeni requiring registration and card information to continue playing, I'm *** out of luck for 3 days.

I think you are right ESO is a really good game and a love it, but i think the people that are making bussiness decision are not really thinking in the right way. My thought are that if you have a business always try to make customers happy, else you will die.

Tell me about it, my Gamestop didn't even have a midnight release for ESO....BUT YET I'm betting they will have one for both Wildstar and Warlords of Draenor later on this year. Hell, I'm sitting on the forums right now keeping an eye on some threads. Still deciding if I should give Zenimax my money next week in spite of all the uproar.0 -
probably the end of the month by the way they have handled the release. the game itsself has a lot of potential, its an awesome game. the business side of things though has fallen through so badly, it hurts.1

It's blunders like this (and the failure to rectify the issue in a timely manner) which can sink a ship before it makes it out of port.
It's sad to see the game fall down like this.
