Hello,
I cannot log into the game because I am supposed to set up my subscription... However, when I log into the my account page, there is no option to set up a subscription, just a billing history link (which properly shows what it should show...)...
So, until I can see a place to sign up with my billing information, I cannot log in....

- Have you cleared the browsing history?

Vodan✭I guess many people are confused by this, I was too. In my case my retailer provided 3 codes. 1st was for early access NOT for game activation. That part is propably the most confusing. You need to ender another code from your retailer (either from a box or in your keys folder when you log in onto your account in any online digital shop or email from them) then a) set up a sub plan or b) use game time code. Only after you redeem actual game activation key (once again, not early access key) you are allowed to access sub options and get 30 days free. Oh and 3rd code was for explorer pack of course. Took some time till I figured what they are all for.
Very complicated and definitely not self explanatory. Should be some info on account page without need to dig through faq or forums. Duh.Edited by Vodan on April 7, 2014 2:20PM0
