Welcome to capitalism, buddy.Dont really have a problem having to set up a sub for the game personally, what annoys me is the fact that they perform a check to see if you got funds in your account, regardless of having cash or having no cash at all in their accounts, people should have automatic access to their 30 free days... without any checkups or any bs of the sort, if the CC applied has no funds, they can freeze the account after the initial 30 free days the player is entitled to has run out, but before that, they shouldnt be able to do ***.Mushroomking311 wrote: »Is there any way to get a refund for my purchase? As everyone's aware by now you have to set up your subscription before you can even play the 30 days that you already bought, which personally I think is outrageous.
Its not their *** business what we have or dont have in our accounts, it only becomes their business after our 30 free days are gone and we decide to keep playing or not, and with the horrid decisions they are taking, i can see them loosing a lot of potential players.
Its obviously a marketing scheme. This is a corporation ran by business men and not gamers. there here for the money not the art... This is all about number crunching and greedy foresight. Like i said before, makes me sick!

Also tell them you created a ticket to resolve the issue and you have asked for a refund and they have not contacted you back.
Now that I think about it I bought it with Paypay and they're usually pretty good about refunding stuff... I'll give Zenimax/Bethesda until tomorrow to respond to my refund ticket then I'll contact Paypal.
Seriously, going this route could present you with real legal difficulties down the road. Please check if your state AG has a FAQ page about consumer protection laws.

Excepting the fact that I'm not giving them access to that information regardless after what's going on, so it's still not their business.
