Just a small update - it looks like this is a known issue and has already been fixed for the next patch we'll publish. We're looking to see if we can have Support help you guys get unblocked in the meantime.

If it is a known issue bring down the servers to fix the game, your ruining the game for everyone.

Bringing down the server for a small minority of the population and screw over the players who don't have problems?

They were willing to bring down the servers because of a small inventory bug that gave people an extra inventory space. It is more than justifiable to bring down the servers to INSTALL a patch that is affecting EVERYONE In a certain faction.
