Charged twice after redeeming code

So I finally made my code to work however I got charged $15, twice for a 30 day sub plan.
I KNOW that they need $15 to authorize the card but when I clicked confirm the first time, the webpage died out and I saw that it had already deducted from my balance. The page then asked me to re-input the same details and voila, it worked however I got CHARGED $15 AGAIN.
Sent CS Tickets, both email and calls, NO RESPONSE YET as of posting.
