Greenman gaming code invalid

Trying to enter my Imperial edition key from green man gaming and it is invalid and cant get a prompt to start a subscription.

If the system is asking for subscription information, a game key was likely applied to your account already. We've created a support ticket for you so a CS agent can examine your account.

I have had the exact same thing happen. Green Man Gaming purchase > redemption code invalid.

I have an Early Access Imperial Edition and have been playing to date with i. Today it is giving me the invalid log in and figured the subscription wasn't set up. Now I am a this point as well.

Please help.

same exact problem, so tired of not being able to play.. and this time its not even a bug, its my purchase not being fully excepted and my free 30 days not being in effect.. without even the option to PAY for a 30 day.. this is on top of never obtaining the other benefits that come with pre-order of imperial edition.

Did you get a mail from greenman that had at the bottom 3lines of codes?
As I was confused at first also and tried to input the first one on the list and it kept saying invalid. I then just went to the second one and it worked and then the third worked. First one is a repeat of the code you entered along time ago when you ordered the game form then I guess.

Yes, they've really messed up on the whole subscription thing. I simply DON'T CARE about the whole "we'll lock up 15$ on your card account for three days while confirming" business, I wouldn't care much if it was 150$ as long as they weren't walking off with it. Not being able to get the sign up for subscription button? Now THAT'S a problem, to quote some of the skyrim characters.

Thank you for the tip. Green Man Gaming did not actually send me 3 codes, but that got me thinking that I might be able to locate that same format of information under my account at Green Man.

If you log into your account at Green Man and click on Games under your account you can find 3 strings of code. The second one worked for me as a redemption code at "account.elderscrollsonline.com" in order to set up my subscription.

I might have to partially blame this one on Green Man for not explaining well enough through my setup process, but again only partially. Come on TES, Zenith or Bethesda or however is responsible....

I have since logged in and am not playing again.
