Yea, her little rant is too long. A simple "Hi welcome to the bank" would be great, but she just goes on and on and on. I hate her. Nerf her speech; thanks.

Be on the look out for things that make you laugh. If you see nothing worth laughing at, pretend you see it, then laugh.2 -
Same problem with the bank in Stonefalls. I can't stand the guy that continuously threatens to call the guards. It is getting so old.2 -
Caedes✭Nonononono. The absolute worst NPC spam in this game has got to be the whole thing outside of the smithing area in Daggerfell.
"Did you hear? Some hero saved King Casemere's life!"
"Any idea who this hero is? I'd give that one an ale!"
For Kynareths sake, please please PLEASE remove or slow down the repetitiveness of this damn NPC exchange. Because of it I've moved to more...quieter crafting zones.Edited by Caedes on April 13, 2014 3:49AM3 -

pecheckler✭✭✭✭✭You think they could have recorded more than one line of dialouge for the NPCs which you talk to several times an hour instead of a dozen lines of dialouge for quest NPCs you only interact with once, at which you most likely skipped through anyway.

And as much as I love hearing about me and my exploits, I'm getting tired of that guy near the Black Smith station (opposite the bank) in Daggerfall "Did you hear? Someone ..." Set a flag or something to do time-based.[Hard Mode Dungeoneers] is recruiting all players of all levels for this new Guild.
THIS IS A NEW-BUT-GROWING GUILD. We are focused on doing vet pledges, vet dungeons, getting achieves, & doing hard mode bosses.
Most active GMT+10 (Australia time zone) in the afternoon Mon-Fri and all day Sat/Sun.

THIS! Absolutely.
To the O.P.'s point this is really a polish issue. I did /feedback about it in beta for not just the banker in Daggerfall, but a lot of NPC's that have just one line they repeat over and over. WoW, for all we like to bash it these days, was really good at having at least three different things an NPC would say. Even if it was just one word like Hello or Greetings.

Agreed, I like the fact that every things is more lively, but when you enter and forget things you wanted to deposit or withdrawal (Which I am sure is everybody). I get so annoyed hearing here say that long speech multiple times.0 -
As mentioned before, I despise ALL the NPC voices in that city. Completely do. I want to put a shotgun to each of them just to get them to shut up for good.
The banker with the 30 second blabbering speech, the two people talking about somebody saving the King (hint: EVERYONE saved the King!), that 'buying/selling' annoying thing...

It actually is that big a deal.
I don't have many criticisms of this game. I have not had any significant bugs, no loss of bank items etc....the launch has been very smooth for me.
But Angier Stower is so incredibly annoying that I have to agree with the OP. And it's not only her, but she's the worst. The mute button on my keyboard has never gotten so much use.
They should shorten the lines these npc's speak, or at least give them a few different things to say.
At the very least we should be able to switch banking functions without having to close out and re-open the bank. I am very surprised this wasn't part of the original design.
