✭✭1. Europe is not a priority: If the North American server had crashed on a Sunday afternoon, they would have moved heaven and earth to fix it. But because this is happening in the middle of the night in Europe, they consider the economic impact "acceptable" and simply don't care.
2. Holidays come before players: This is the July 4th holiday weekend, the most important national holiday in the US. The on-call technicians might exist on paper, but since the entire datacenter hasn't collapsed, they have clearly "parked" our issue until the main offices reopen on Monday morning.
3. Total lack of respect: Leaving a paying community completely in the dark with zero official responses, while the forum is literally exploding with complaints, shows a level of corporate indifference that is completely unacceptable for a paid service.Man did not weave the web of life – he is merely a strand in it. It is quite amusing to compare data analysis to Tarot cards or tea leaves. Yet, hours before ZOS finally woke up to post the official red banner, the AI accurately diagnosed the exact corporate radio silence, the timezone mismatch, and the frozen login gateway.
