Respone from Gamingheads on Statue issues

They sent me a video on how to put it together lol. I got the damn thing together....barely. The issue I was having was with the base having a big bubble in the bottom and thus it wobbles severely...

They are going to their best to get out of this I know it...

Right? What a ridiculous email that was. Thank you for taking the time to read my actual issues with the statue and respond to them appropriately... Not.

I ended up having to bore out the holes with a knife to make the tail and base fit. *** stupid.

Yeah I bet thats what they did too before they made the video. They claimed that the concave in the base was normal...

I sent them a very annoyed email in response. At this point, I just want the entire Imperial Edition replaced because of all the problems I am having with it. However, every response seems to ignore issues or talk down to me. This is not okay.

my statue is fine ... and the best bit of the physical edition is the lovely book... which is.... absolutely amazing .... I don't have room for molag bal anywhere anyhow... I put him on my tv tho .... and I just can't get his tail in perfectly but I'm satisfied

Mine was broken off at the mace. Response from gamingheads
"Sorry to see that. Can you see if you can use some super glue to reattached the Mace, it should attach without issue."
Yeah, thanks. I'm not stupid. My issue is that I have paid a lot of money for something and part of it is defective.

Same thing happened to me, the worst part is is that its kinda chipped so it doens't even fit on properly. Not to mention, and this is just what I heard and I hope I'm wrong, but I read somewhere that the crazy glue will actually melt the plastic. I'm not sure if that is correct but I am paranoid now that I can't repair it.

When I used 3M Scotch brand Super Glue, the plastic melted on contact into a gooey black mess.

Most superglue WILL wreck certain types of plastics. If you're going to glue them at all (and you shouldn't have to!) I would advise trying to find a hobby shop and pick up some model glue instead.

Even that can melt the plastic if you use too much, but is less likely to do so.
