Fighters and mage's guild skill line refresh?

Do you think these should be refreshed or balanced? Considering werewolf got a good buff, fighters guild might need some love to potentially keep the werewolf population in check.

Hopefully ALL of the weapons skill lines as well.

A small change so that the both skills providing the major crit chance would be active on both bars while slotted would do it for now increasing the skill lines value.
This would not disrupt the current class rework schedule I assume.
I aggree those lines feel bit outdated but atm there are more important ongoing changes that have to be carried out carefully without distracting their focus.
