Stuck in character loading screen

Hi,
First, several times after entering a dungeon or using a door, the game disconnected and I got the "Error -- An unknown error has occured" message. (Also it's been six hours trying to log back in while dodging Error 301 messages, that's not a connection pike, it's a plateau !)
My main problem (EU Server, EN client) : From the character selection screen, when selecting my main char, the game stays on the "Logging in -- Requesting character load..." screen for nearly 3 mins and then I get disconnected, with a nice and warm "Error -- An unknown error has occured" message to welcome me.
I moved on and played with my second character. Got disconnected and "Error -- An unknown error has occured" a bunch of times. Then same thing happened : stuck in the character loading screen.
I may be unlucky and won't speak of beta stuff, promise !
Both characters were created during the early pre-access. Levels, gears, craft. (Also see my issue with the bank).

Felyae✭It's getting worse. Hitting the 14 hours mark without being able to log in (error 301 and unknown errors and stuffs, I made a final attempt.
I was able to log in with my main character. And guess what ? It was teleported right into a *** blue sky place without anything to do except lag and look at more blue sky. Your clouds are horrible btw.

And don't tell me to /stuck, it's not my first mmo. (Why did you decide to kill the character ??? SWTOR got it right by teleporting the character to a safe place within range, if available (last safe location you walked in for example).
Using /stuck got my character to die, press E to go to the nearest wayshrine, loading screen, and boom, some more blue sky ***.
Does your game hate me ? Bad karma ?
Yeah, 14 hours to log in to finally find my character stuck, I'm angry.

Felyae✭CSR answered to use /stuck, reloadUI, log out and wait 10 mins, or try to teleport to a safe wayshrine. I kind of think they didn't read the message at all except for the first paragraph.
Bug report was pleasantly answered. Apologies and said he moved my character in a safe location.
After a few attempts, I was once again able to log in. My character was on the starter ship offshore from Grathwood. So far no more issues.0
