ingame bank slots reset issue

Hello,
I bought the two bank upgrades (up to 80 slots) during pre-access, but as of today it seems to have reset back to 60 slots. And I don't know where are my items. Are they gone ? As a crafter, this kind of bug really breaks my game experience.

Hey Zenimax, take a look at this youtube clip of another user who caught the bug in action, if you don't believe us ! We have yet to hear anything other than the "you sent a help request" or "don't worry we are investigating this issue" message about this issue. And please also restore the gold we lost, as well as the slots.

And move your asses, this bug was signaled during betas.

    Mine just did this too and i have lost 3 racial motif books along with other stuff :'(

    BTW are you guys still coasting along with the Early Access code or did you start the subscription?

    Sending such a "lighthearted" chain-mail to very frustrated people may not be the wisest choice.
    Though I do think it has more character than your standard marketing blurb apology.

    So now the bank is only good for storing provision ingredient trash. :(
    Really hope they´re fixing this issue soon.

    It would be nice if a dev responded to this and the other 9 page thread about this issue because at the moment their silence looks like a "lets ignore this and hope it will go away" response.

    What about the money spent on the bank expansions? are we getting that back? Or getting the spaces we bought back????

    It took 3 rounds with customer service email to not get a canned response, but I did get this email this morning.

    "We're sorry to hear about your issue regarding bank slots.
    We understand this can be very frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

    This Bug is a known issue and I did forward your ticket to the higher level of support. This ticket will stay open until we fix this problem and I will check on it everyday.

    Again, I'm truly sorry about this, but please be patient and try to play the game and enjoy while we are working on this issue. I know its frustrated and I know how you feel."

    I just had this bug happen to me, lost 30 bank slots, pretty pissed.

    Put a ticket in, but reading what I am on the subject here on the forums and over on reddit, I'm not terribly excited about the chances of this being resolved any time soon.

    My bank have been reset to 60 and "purged" of the gold it contained, for the third time, a few minutes ago. This is becoming more than annoying for a crafter.

    Well if they dont fix this and return all to original state (bank size, items, money) ASAP they lose one paying customer...

    This, if you try to upgrade again cause CS is nowhere to be found to solve this issue, once you log out and back, you loose the upgrade and the gold again, so don't even try.

    I'm lost my bank slots twice. At the same time, I got the bonus of imperial edition (maps, pets etc.) three time (when started to play and twice when the bank crashed). As well, I have reset to zero all the achievements.

    Perhaps it's time we abuse this bug to buy unlimited pledge of mara and non-combat pets for 4,300 gold each.
    End the tedious inventory management game.

    Happened to me as well for the first time just now. Quite annoyed that a bug like this can even exists still.

    This happened to me as well.

    -I did a in-game ticket.... no response.
    -Did another in-game ticket... reference code but no reply.
    -After a day or so I got a "How did you enjoy our customer service?" survey.... hint: "I didn't." was the answer.
    -Sent an email and got a flippant canned reply. Not the same as mentioned above, but similar in style where sand crabs were the culprit and the.
    -Sent another email since the first reply ever contained "If we don't hear from you we'll assume it's been fixed". I informed them the problem was not fixed and asked how I should proceed in regards to using the bank and items therein... no reply.
    -Sent another email where I said "Since there has been no warning not to use the bank, the items in it or not to expand the bank size again while the investigation is ongoing I'll assume I'm free to do so and that it will not affect the investigation or the reimbursement of the cost to expand the size."... not very surprisingly there were no response.
    -Cancelled the subscription... also no surprise.
    -And then I got another canned reply:
    "Greetings Adventurer!
    Thank you for your report. We are investigating the issue with player banks losing items. We are confident at this time that no items have been lost, and that we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch.
    I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience, please bear with us as we figure out the solution to this problem.
    Thanks!"
    No mention at all about bank capacity or the the gold used to expand it.

    I'm taking it for granted that items, gold and cost for expanding the bank is gone. I'll play the game until the 30 days are gone but if nothing changes I'm not re-subbing. Hopefully they will give me reason to change my mind :-)

    this just happened to me as well. i logged out, logged back in, and my inventory was returned, except that i lost 20 bank spaces as well as what i assume to be 20 stacks of items (i had 80/80 bank slots filled, and when i returned it was 60/60). this is bs. i'm a huge loot freak, and i spend lots of time doing inventory management. if i don't get back all my bank spaces and my missing items, i'm unsubscribing. HURRY UP AND FIX YOUR DAMN GAME ZENIMAX

    I see a patch. I see hotfix achievements. But I do not see this bug fixes, due to which sense in achievements completely disappear. I now need to create a new character and do all the quests, read all the books to get lost achievements.... Then to lose everything again due to a bug.

    Im 99% sure they have no idea what each of us lost. Also cheap companies male up cheap solutions so I imagine they would give something like a global compensation to everyone affected. Wait for it........
