THE ARMY OF MERIDIA MAIN QUEST BUGGED CANNOT PROGRESS

So has anyone noticed this?
After attempting to drop the quest, log off for 15 minutes and come back on (Which failed by the way). I decided to go back to the gates of Hollow City where you first meet the Groundskeeper and saw her spirit. Unfortunately it only appears for a few seconds, first in the middle of the path between Cadwell's Hovel and the City gates, then again at the steps up to the city gates.

In the meantime, are you meant to get veteran points from mobs because I am not? Is this because I need to do the quest or are we only meant to get them from quests?

Same issue. Submitted ticket as well. Ticket was elevated. Haven't heard back since. Finished everything and now I'm stuck grinding mobs to level instead of enjoying the game.

@ZOS_TristanK maybe you should just fix it, people payed a considerable amount of money for your game, and you are blocking their progression as we speak. It's been 5 days now for one NPC that doesnt speak with players.

You wanted to make a MMO right?

The customers dont care that you are aware of the issue the customer dont care that you are working on the issue the customers DO CARE that you stand up and say: we screwed up we dont know what is the problem we are working on it, and then give out details on daily basis. Or you stand up and say the issue is isolated the fix will come in 2 hours. This is what people call Customer Service standards which are usually ISO certified. Do you have SOPs for that kind of things? And they are that lame like : try to delay your customers as long as you can while we : smoke crack, drink beer wit hthe money customers paid us ! then we might look into the issue. Now go ahead delete my comment i ll defenately not going to recommend the game to my friends

still investigating means you still don't know what the *** is going on and thus can't provide us a with a time table. Could be a few days, few weeks, hell a few months wouldn't exactly be out of the realm of possibility here.

I cannot believe your team hasn't found a work around or cannot fix this by means of a GM. ***.

This has still yet to be fixed - 10th of April & still waiting I am behide all my friends while there in the Vet content am stuck in the old world ? Come on Devs sort a hot fix please, there is nothing else I can do in the game now apart from pvp which is enjoyable but I would like to see some VR content - your not hiding anything are you .. Vr 10 content in place?

Where is the freaking fix, why there are no workarounds, why can't we go into Veteran Zones, seriously hurry the oblivion up.

Just make a patch ONLY for this if necessary just fix it how hard can it be ? Or get a workaround how hard can that be ? Too freaking useless..

Why have a support if they cannot do anything about in-game bugs ?

Yeah you can travel to other Coldharbor Wayshrines, however you can only do sidequests in there (1 of which is bugged...)

Easy way to do this is just have someone who managed to complete the quest before NPC bugged travel to one of those shrines and then just travel to him and ding oyu got a new shiny Wayshrine but can't advance in Main Quest.
