The drop table need adjustment..

I have 9 characters they all have learned the ALL OF THE Crafting Motif 63: Dremora Style PRIOR to this years Witches festival.

I am still getting so many of these. I have 20 of the individual Crafting Motif 63: Dremora Style drops since this years event started. Which was 4 days ago.

If they are going to drop so often at least raise the price that the NPC's buy them for.

Aside from the Hollowjack fight it's rather dull. The drops are way too repetitive. Same stuff mostly as years past.

I think that I would want something like the New Life Festival event with different spooky stories in different regions of Tamriel. Like Bosmer have excellent boogeymen myths with the Wild Hunt and Dunmer adore their ghostly ancestors. But I also understand that this is probably a big ask to make a quest for all the races.

not at all. it broke a lot of leads example you cant get the monolyth mythic now because the event overrides the boss that drops the lead

No. I've completed the tasks (long ago) on my NA accounts except for the owl and netch pets.

Was excited for my relatively new EU girls to participate and find all sorts of goodies in the plunder skulls. Neither acct had been activated last year. So far, a couple of Glenmoril Wyrd motif pages and multiple copies of Dremora staves and belts plus merch fodder. After the third day, I stopped hunting extra skulls. Even the Crowborne box was ***-hum, at best.

All eso events are recycled from year to year and all of them have the same formula
- kill boss
- do daily
- get a box with recycled or useless rewards

I'm just doing it for the house. I haven't previewed it yet, but I've seen it described here as "cute," which suggests that it's not so large that I won't even try to furnish it.

I am assuming that we are referring to the Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos. It is located in the southwest area of West Weald. Once we discover it, it will show up on our map. We are able to preview it now.

I normally enjoy the events each year and the drops we get, but PLEASE, can we not get any more of the Dremora motifs any more? I have enough to probably give everyone who plays this game a complete set. I can't even give them away.

Be nice to get something new for a change.

I think I'm missing two or three on my main accts, but so far it's simply been repeats of staves and belts. On one account, I have 18 or 19 of one of those in the bank........

I love Halloween, but the event rewards are somehow even more lackluster. Somehow the Dremora Plunder Skulls have worse loot than the regular ones? (not that the regular ones are anything to write home about either) With the exception of the Hollowjack and Crowborne Horror ones, which are the only two worth doing.

I think all the free houses are only unfurnished. I guess it comes with what's in it when we preview it as @LunaFlora said.

I am not a fan of doing outdoor areas. Bismuth Steam Baths is the only outdoor space I enjoyed doing.

The specific Dremora pages only drop from specific activities. So if you never run EX: Trials you’ll never get the pages that only drop from that activity without trading for them/buying them, and if you only kill a World Boss every day for tickets and then log off, you’ll only get the same two pages over and over again.

Four days of event and I got two of the same Wickerchain page and then two consecutive days of nothing but worthless pages from previous years. I don't even bother to stash the old ones in the guild bank, since it's already full from previous years and just destroy them. This is what I get for my time, one drop, one repeat and then nothing. I'm seriously considering not doing the crow and Hollowjack fights anymore, since they don't seem to be dropping anything new.

I know what the problem with me is: RNGeesus fatigue. I was already grinding for the Wall when the spooky event started. The rewards from the older event aren't exactly stellar either, so I get tired of spending time on something without reasonable returns.

On the other hand, I do appreciate the minor rewards, such as those Apocrypha jars and, well, pretty much those.

Its way better than the wall event so with that contrast Im enjoying it a lot more than I probably would normally, me and my friend both.

I do like the excuse to revisit places also, and appreciate the bossfight thats not as easy as most content events are based on.

I've done the event since its inception, so my opinion is biased by that. I like the event in general because players are able to get rewards mostly playing the game normally. However, personally. I'm finding it very stale. Drops are so old - I could paper my house in dremora and glenmoril wyrd pages, but I still only have 3 netch shreds (dont really want the pet but its my one incomplete achievement for the event)

The best thing I can say is this year I unlocked the cottage on my alt account. That one is peak housing imo - good size, attainable with gold, no gimmicks.

The event this year is kind of irritating me actually. We should be getting one of the new style pages dropping from the first event box we get then random after that. The creation of scarcity of the new style pages means we have to rely on RNG to get drops we're after, and RNG is not especially generous in ESO to say the least.

Why grind event tasks for such junky rewards?

That's why I'm doing one task for the event tickets each day and that's it. No reason to do any more than that.

I hate that. When you finally get a page, it's one you already have. The ONLY one you already have. Same thing is happening with Stirk pages for the Writhing Wall. I've received the same one three times, while I'm still missing a bunch.

These special rewards should be curated. It doesn't make me want to grind more. It makes me stop doing the activity because there's no point.

Witches Festival is always my favorite event. I don't care that I have pretty much all the collectibles already and have furnishing piled up in houses I don't use, it's symbolic of my favorite time of the year. I always spend some time around the Exorcised Coven Cottage to spruce up the place for the occasion, I love the decorations in cities, I love just hanging out around Salazar the Wolf and getting some XP for my newer characters, I just love the whole atmosphere. I only wish it was longer.

Khajiit is enjoying the event, finally got the pumpkin head bust from holly-jack, and has made some sleek new friends in the process.

But khajiit is absolutely disgusted with the gold skull rewards. Every one, without fail, has consisted of a dremora motif page that khajiit has 100s of and a glenmoril wyrd treasure page that khajiit has destroyed hundreds of, and that is it. In nearly a decade of playing, khajiit has never experienced such disparity between golden expectations and underwhelming reward loots. Outrageous.

It is as if someone on the dev team saw khajiit's complaint thread pertaining to the underwhelming nature of the wall event loots and said "Hold mah skoomaz, mr. kitty kat!"

I too will not do one more thing as I am tired of having to destroy old useless rewards nobody wants. You can't even given them away.

It's the exact same as previous Witches' ... which is ok, as it's one of the better events, however the rewards are very, very frustrating again; tickets are down to only 2 per day, and if you intend to get the two house pieces, that will leave you with only 8 to spend. I'd love to get more Witches Bags and start working through the backlog of rewards I wasn't around to play and get, but with a single fragment of a 10 set costing 2 tickets alone, and with multiple fragments in there, the chance of ever doing so is slim... I got 6 of the 7 of the Apple Bobbing years ago, and just gave up and purchased the last off the auction house; so now I don't have any gold either.

Meanwhile the duplicate recipes and furniture are piling up, eating away my storage... Even after making sets for friends who hardly ever play, I'll have hundreds left over. I should just scrap them, but that not having any gold again...

I've got both Hagmotron; Do I already have the new clothing? Let me check and... only 2 of 7. Of course. Meanwhile the Wall event grinds on... lack of drops there too; I just want the grave marker, and I've not seen any evidence that's even live as yet.

It would be nice to get the Hollowjack bust but... so tired. So very tired. It's just getting too much to bother with ESO these days. So many other, more fun games to play that respect my time and money more.
