Heels on armor are more likely to break immersion for me because it brings me back to the real world. I know it's just there because sexy women's armor has been in video games to sell stuff for as long as fantasy games existed. I remember when that stuff was basically just lingerie and women weren't even welcome.

Magical cat men is just Tamriel. It doesn't exist here and is internally consistent to the world of Tamriel.

I'm not opposed to some small amounts of heels and some revealing armor. Choices are nice. I wouldn't care if this particular outfit had included them. I think it would have worked for this outfit. But, I appreciate that in this game bikini armor is not the norm and most women's armor seems practical for Tamriel. That includes heavy armor mostly having boots with some open toe flats because of the Argonians and Khajiit being races. I wish more stuff accommodated their tails too. Regardless, these are warriors, not models. So most outfits should have footwear that reflects the person wearing it will be doing combat in unpaved terrain.

Wow, what an incredible response I got from this. Yes, the flash-bang mounts and purple flame glowing characters get to me too. I don’t have them or wear them, though. They could, however, make a style that I do like but put stilettos on the female version and I would either have to wear it and hate that part or not wear it just because of the ridiculous footwear. That is why I posted this.

That's your take on heels? Nothing or stilettos? There is a vast array in between. Sure, I wouldn't want to run in 4 inch spike heels but there are others I'm perfectly comfortable running in. I mean even normal running shoes have more of a heel than anything found in game atm.

Here's the thing tho. Not everything in game is designed for everyone to like. There's already plenty of shoes in game for people who don't like heels but what is there for people who don't like flats? There's currently just one shoe style I use with almost every outfit because I dislike most of the rest. That doesn't mean I don't think anyone should have them. If you don't like them, don't use them.

So, you are saying it is okay to complain about flat sandals but not okay to complain about heels.

i hope in the future we get more costumes and outfit styles with heels so we have more choices.

This game features ostentatious dresses, rich in lace and frills, that you'd hardly want to go to war with in real life!
There are even yellow horses with powerful arms emerging as if they were Hindu deities!
This game is not lacking in imagination, and not everything is medieval-themed; in fact, I'd say very little.
Don't tell me that some women's dresses with heels might be scandalous! Especially since they would be an option; no one would force flat-shoe fans to wear them.
However, I don't see any reason to completely ban this feminine affectation from the game.
