Yup, on PC EU. I got in over at PC NA. I just posted this in the bug forum, too. I had been wondering why I was the only one affected since there was no thread on either forum.

I could also play, until I logged out to switch to another account... so can you logout and login ?

I was able to login onto PCEU 20 minutes ago. Now it's impossible on any account. Logging in PC NA is fine.

I have 3 ESO+ accounts, but I'm getting tired of not being able to play, there is always something bad going on between the EU megaserver and the login server...

Ive repaired and restarted to no avail. Funnily enough, my other half is able to log in just fine

PC EU, same here and the Launcher won't close after clicking on the top right 'X' it goes instantly into 'wait for program' or 'close program' which I was trying to do in the first place.

Cannot log in on PC-EU, nor can my friend on either of her accounts. Another friend is in and playing still. Appears log-in server is down for EU.
