Error 201 anyone?

    My guess is that there has been no communications since this started? So they have no clue as usual what the problem is?

    Sad if you ask me, they can't even do updates without breaking their own product and wonder why the community so vocal, sad if you ask me but nothing new either.
    Even worse when communication from anyone to try and say we are narrowing it down or calm the community never happens either.
    Wouldn't be bothered if it was any other day but not in the middle of an even all i need is two tickets to get the last bit from the store that I want for the dwarven thing. But no they did it on an even day that then forces me to possibly miss the last two tickets for that item just makes me wonder why they would do such a thing.

    I am now closed out of both PCEU and PCNA. I was up on NA and logged out to see if I could get into EU.

    My Xfinity internet had a two hour outage this morning, then I can't login to ESO.

    I changed my password thinking it was compromised. Probably gonna forget this one :/

    I know event finishes tomorrow, but it finishes at 3pm. I'm at work until 5pm. So today is the last chance I'll have to get tickets and I've already spent some in the prospect that I'll recoup them today in time for next event.

    Plus, it's fun to kill some smurfs in the sewers >:)

    Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase fix it!

    It's been more than a couple hours now. They could provide an update I'm sure if they actually cared about their player base but I guess they really don't. The dwindling player numbers are proof that folks are finding other games that have less issues, less downtime and far more content (without repeating tired and old events endlessly).

    I just returned after nearly 2 years and now I am remembering why I left. ZoS you need to do better and stop just giving lip service - because you never follow through.

    So how do ZoS become aware of the issue? I assume noone is scanning the forums looking for issues like this. I tried raising a support ticket but got bogged down in the awful FAQ circle on the support side

    Live service games have a live-ops department that's responsible for keeping the game online 24/7.
    They have monitoring systems and stand-by engineers to resolve issues like the one we're experiencing right now.
    Given that this game has NA and EU servers I'm 100% sure there's a department on both sides to be able to resolve issues like these.

    So no worries; they most likely already knew something was wrong the moment people got booted from the game.

    I'm interested in what MMO to switch to. Any new one out there that I've missed? I have tired of this lack of communication when there is an issue. And there often are issues. Only thing always working is the store and the moderators removing complaints.

    The red banners at the top of the page include both EU and NA, since they share the same login server.

    We already know there are issues with communication between the Dallas Data Centre and the Frankfurt one and initially I thought this was likely more of the same problem but with NA users also affected now, I suspect some kind of DDOS attack maybe?

    If it is the latter we have been told before that they will not confirm this whilst issues are ongoing :(

    I'm going to Guild Wars 2. It also has horizontal guild progression with fun open world exploration. And guess what they also have stable servers that remain online even during weekly maintenance.

    Just on PTS, it works!! Anyways, I love Zos's sense of humor. The new elephant mount raises its trunk to breath while submerged in water!!! Love it!!
