PC EU here, I was able to log on for maybe 30 minutes after maintenance so wasn't expecting any problems. But now it's completely impossible to get back on. I've done the usual things - closing and reopening the launcher, disconnecting the router for 10 minutes, waiting 20 minutes, but so far nothing has worked.

Realistically I'm not going to be doing the trial we had planned for this evening now...

same here PC-EU but internal error, no number and got kicked out of game, is it now every week ? maybe they should say elderscrolls online but only 5 days a week

It's not like it's EU Prime time after the game being down all day for us. It's also not like they can ignore it while the problem fixes itself in a few hours as the EU time zones one by one stop trying to log in as it gets so late here...

So how do ZoS become aware of the issue? I assume noone is scanning the forums looking for issues like this. I tried raising a support ticket but got bogged down in the awful FAQ circle on the support side

logged into the game and played for 2 hours. I should have turned off the computer. I came back and I can't log in to the game. unexpected error or 201 and the servers are not available. EU server.
My son can't run the game either.
I started it remotely on another computer in another city. same thing.

I really don't see the point of posting the thread on General Discussion rather than in Bugs, where there's already a thread on the same matter, but since I hate repeating myself, let's do it xD

It was perfectly working an hour ago, I even managed to complete the daily writs with my 6 characters and survey maps with my main, then farmed a little for the weekly Endeavour, no problem at all.
Problems only started recently when I tried to log in after having eaten. I should have remained online xD

i'd hope that after this many years of this being a regular issue they have a script that polls the EU logging process every minute and get an alert the minute it fails. the issue will be how long it takes from that failing to the server/service being brought back online.
