Addon for removing Golden Pursuit reward popup?

Tried FCO ChangeStuff but it only seems to work on the tracker, not the reward popup. It's not just annoying or intrusive, it can pop up in the middle of a PvP fight, blocking field of view during combat, and stealing key press priority. Thanks for any help.

You could just claiim it. They fixed the bug that left it on screen even after claiming.

Dunno that it can pop up in the middle of a fight unless the GP has a pursuit requiring the killing of other players.

Yeah exactly this. It even once stole the key press that was supposed to open a keep door, instead opening the Golden Pursuit Window while a zerg is piling onto me. Really don't care about reward tracks, I'd like my PvP to work.

This pursuit has combat-related objectives that can easily be done in PvP zones, such as killing 150 enemies and using ultimates 20 times. Consuming 5 foods or drinks can also easily be done in combat, especially if an add-on is refreshing that buff for you. If a weekly endeavor is combat related, and completing a weekly endeavor is a pursuit objective, that is another chance for it to get in the way of combat.

I'd like to fix my UI so I can PvP uninterrupted, not do homework, thanks though.

Please keep reading the rest of the post. It was entirely in support of your point - there are in fact several objectives that can be completed in combat, despite there being none specific to killing players, which means there are several opportunities for the game to interrupt combat (whether in PvP or PvE) in the problematic way you encountered.

I did, if I could opt out of the reward track I could, but I figured I'd have better luck asking about UI addons. I know the 15k gold is probably really helpful for brand new players but I really don't care I just want to PvP without popups on my screen. It's like telling someone "just close the popup ads on your browser, other people might like those products."

The claim-reward popup should hide itself whenever you enter combat. If you earn a reward while in combat, it won't appear until you leave combat. If it's not doing that, then maybe there's something (an addon?) that's interfering with its intended behavior. Because it's definitely not supposed to get in the way of combat.

Aside from claiming the reward, you can also temporarily dismiss it by pressing X (though they don't tell you this in the UI). And by "temporarily", I mean until the next time your character experiences a load screen.

That's a introduced handicap for too good players to balance things out

Good point. If you are in combat and a grouping request comes up, it is suppressed until you are out of combat.
