No access code for PTS (update 46 v11.0.0)

I always get the access codes after certain updates for PC NA and PC EU, including what? A couple of weeks ago?
But 26 hours after initially trying to get a code for the PTS, there is nothing. Not sure why it's different for the PTS (update 46 v11.0.0) as it isn't affecting the main account.
