Getting the same error:

Error 103: Failed to Obtain Server Connection Information

And when I close the error the backdrop just sits there without returning to a login screen. I have to Alt Tap and manual close the window.

Just like the others, I was logged out after no issues and then the same exact error. I have the dailies completed, but not turned in for my 3 daily tickets. Are those of us missing it due to this error going to get the extra 3 tickets sent, or however many days it takes?

Just posting that Im also getting the same error. It will put me in a login que for a couple seconds, then it boots me out of the que and gives me the error 103 message. Hope it gets fixed soon!

I don't like it when people ddos attack my favorite game. I feel so bad for those server technicians and others who have to deal with this nonsense. It's been happening a lot recently.

Forgot to mention, I got disconnected too while questing on an alt.

Just tried on both EU and NA servers for a while now.. Getting internal error, or 103. Repaired files etc. and still no joy. Why is this being ignored ???

Just here to add to the report. error 103 and then sits there on a screen with the load backdrop and it never goes away. never goes back to log in screen. must close to try again. queue is only 4-30 secs each time, waiting 10mins between and been trying to get in for over an hour. If this were normal server traffic the queue would be WAY higher. We've experienced that before. this isn't the normal 103. hoping cos gets it fixed before lux goes down. pc/na for me.

Same over here PC NA.

Was in the Imperial City sewers, got stuck between a stair and scaffolding trying to hide from another alliance after being picked off several times [side shaming all you players killing us solo ones out here just trying to get our achievements done;

4 days in and I still haven't killed a trove scamp ]. Reloaded and ended up kicked out. Haven't been able to get back on.

Same error on both PC NA and PC EU, can't log in to one of my two accounts at all.

The other account has been working and I was able to log in on PC EU.

Exact same behavior for me on PC-NA too. Short queue (1-3 seconds) then immediate error 103 and a screenshot only. Have to Alt-F4 to kill it and then try to launch again.

Why are they only investigating PC/ NA. This is happening on both servers, as stated by numerous threads/players. I still cannot get on PC/EU after trying for over an hour

Likewise, I can't get in on EU or NA, multiple accounts, multiple computers attempted. All on PC.
