Error 103: Failed to Obtain Server Connection Information

Was online about an hour ago, come back to login again to NA Server and get Error 103.

Anyone else getting this currently?

I just received this as well, was switching between accounts and can no longer get in.

I rebooted my PC, no connection

My husband and I are both having something like this happening on Xbox when we switch servers. Whichever one we do first is fine, then when we go to make the switch one of us (so far it hasn't happened to us both at the same time) gets locked out with an "unexpected internal error" so we have to wait and try again later to get our tickets. It's extremely annoying and probably going to end up costing us tickets before the end of the event if this continues.

I'm having the same issue myself, too. I tried my other account, switching between NA & EU megaservers, restarting the game, etc. PC/ EU.

I'm getting Error 103 too. Been playing all day for several hours straight and logged out to have dinner for about 30 minutes. Now I can't log back in. I've restarted the game twice to no avail.

I got placed in a queue and then got the Error 103 when it finished.

It's frustrating.

Then it crashed to the backdrop and I had to shutdown ESO.EXE

I got DC'd from PC/NA, then put into a queue when logging in again. When the queue ended, I immediately received Error 103 and then after I clicked alt I was put onto a screen with no UI, just the login screen's background image.

Logged out about 45 minutes ago and now all I can get is “An unexpected internal error has occurred” blah blah blah.

Yep same here. Had the worst day of my life and ESO is down. Queue for 1sec for 5 minutes so far.

Same problem on PC EU on steam, epic, and bethesda log-in. Really astonishing that the ZoS representative above recommends an aticle that states that the servers are down. It's not volume of players on EU at 2:30am.

I think the cause is probably the third statement in that list.
"There is currently a high volume of players logging into the server(s)"
PC NA EST is typically prime-time for the Whitestrake's Mayhem event.
I imagine the Cyrodiil & Imperial City queues are the cause of the error.

Yup, was able to play just fine earlier. Now I can't get onto the PC/NA server. Queue just drops out to 103 error. I've tried several times over the last hour, on multiple accounts. Gave up for now.

Nope, it's the servers. I was online on EU before swapping and Cyrodiil was at one bar on most campaigns

But PC-EU also having same issues unlikely to be volume of players at 2.45gmt!

I would suspect at this point the login servers have gone "poof" as they are all located in America, although console people saying no issue so maybe not?
