Enchanting rank-3 hireling mails no longer contain potency runes

Enchanting hireling mails for characters with 3/3 hireling points now contain only aspect and essence runes, and no potency runes.
Characters with 1/3 and 2/3 hireling points are not affected by this bug and will still get potency runes.
I'm not sure when this bug first appeared (I rarely pay attention to the actual contents of these mails). I think it's probably some time within the past year.

Ok so I'm often a bit lazy with assigning skill points but in this case it's been quite handy....
First character I checked is ofc CP level, Enchanting 50 but only 2/3 Hireling, she received a potency rune today.
Second character, again CP level, Enchanting 50 but only 1/3 Hireling, she also received a potency rune today.
My two main's both with 3/3 Hireling did not receive any potency runes, so it looks indeed to be a tier 3 Hireling issue!

This past (NA) summer, when I was tracking hireling mails, I was getting potency runestones 100% of the time from my tier 3 hirelings, so I do not think it's the same issue if what you experienced has been going on more than a year.1 -

That was maaaaaaaany years ago and isn't related to what's happening now.
