Some people just have a lot of butt hurt.

I'm happy so far with the game. It's exceeded my expectations.

Oh my... So many angry people here. You are too greedy guys. Every MMO has troubles when it starts. Nothing can not be perfect. But players are always disgruntled at servise. You are annoyed at in-game troubles an also annoyed when devs make maintenance to fix it. I saw a lot of games when it starts, and ESO is one of the best. At least servers is not crushed as always happens and there is no lags. Yes, devs chose wrong time for maintenence, but they are do the best they can. Just be gratefull.

    p.s. sorry for my english.

I don't feel particularly screwed but I definitely understand the complaints. I would also like to point out that extending the grace period to sunday for shipping reasons does puzzle me a bit. I've interacted a lot with FedEx and not so much UPS but if I remember correctly standard overnight shipping is only on weekdays and Saturday delivery is a separate kind of shipping that costs even more. It seems like shipping issues may cause a mess.

I thought this, too, but I've received packages from Amazon on Saturday's by way of UPS when I did the Prime 2-day shipping or 1-day shipping at no extra cost to me. That may also just be a specific deal with Amazon considering the sheer amount of business Amazon sends to UPS, though.

I don't know about you, but I much rather have a WORKING product than a buggy one. You can't expect a TESO to be perfect right out the gate. No other MMO is like TESO, and Zenimax and Bethesda have done what no other MMO has, so give them a break and let them fix whatever needs fixing. In the meantime, go hug your kids, hug your wife or your husband or a friend. Maybe catch up on some reading while these hard working techies sort it out.

Honestly, this is how I feel about this.

    1. I did purchase the game for the early access
    2. I do not want to play a glitchy game so I am patient with downtime
    3. MMO's are a complex program, I understand if you can't Iron out every issue in beta
    4. Losing game time is necessary and a small inconvenience. time I have set aside for gaming is just used elsewhere. A game going down does not leave me with nothing to do.
    5. I do not feel screwed, repairs at launch are necessary and I am confident this will be a continuing issue.
    6. Downtime and glitches for MMO launches are EXTREMELY common, I am certain you all knew this when you made your purchase and am curious as to why so many people are taken by surprise and angered.

I feel screwed. With children and work my playtime is between 22 - 2 oclock. On 2 of my 3 prelaunch days it was not possible for me to play. I payed for that time cause I payed before the product was released. It´s not my fault that the product was not bugfree at prelaunch. It´s not my fault that maintenance and patch times haven´t been done on a timeframe when least players were on. I demand compensations!

I like that game and feel respect for this great work but I´m a customer and want to be treated with respect instead of get cheated!

I must admit I was a little disheartened that the game seemed to be down when I went to go on (same as a few posters - working, dealing with putting kids to bed etc...) posted about this so I'll move on to the point. It was nice to see when I logged on today that they have extended any pre-ordered gamers free time till the 6th April so a couple of days free to say sorry and thanks.

So thanks guys. Appreciate it and I'm off to try and find some treasure. See you all in game.
