I am a day one player of this game, I took a break this past year while finishing nursing school. When I finally talked some of my guildmates back into playing pvp, I noticed I have a large number of crowns from keeping my ESO plus active. I was going to gift some Brotherhood crates to a friend and realized this is not an option anymore unless I get verified. I have submitted a ticket, but I am not getting any response from ZOS. Is there a different way of getting my account set up so I can gift? Or is there a certain ZOS moderator to tag in this?

    Yea, I've been on here for nearly 9 years and wanting to gift something to my daughter and they tell me I've not been on the game long enough. Absolutely ridiculous and a great way to *** off your userbase.
