Sorry about all The confusion as molag bal seemed to take over our system and must of been hungry for steamed mudcrab. I will have to contact a higher power of the divine as this is an issue I have never encountered before. Fear not though as we are hunting down another Rufous Mudcrab for you and you may even receive it in you mail on 04/04/14 if we don't contact you by then. Dustin is actually very helpfull and hilarious in his answers

With the number of tickets they may have to process, this is sort of very surprising they take times to make the conversations looks like you actually speak to a NPC player in game.

I have had good experiences with most of the customer service staff, Dustin included. They may have their typos but their sense of humanity more than makes up for it.
