Add a 1 Ticket cost item to the Impresario

I won't be able to get to 12 tickets on a few accounts, losing 1 ticket this event because the lowest ticket cost available from the Impresario is 2 tickets.
When ZOS introduced the workings where we wouldn't lose tickets, they should have added an item to the Impresario that cost only 1 ticket, so you had a method to avoid this issue.

That works if the tickets are granted by a quest.

✭✭✭✭✭What I don't get is buying parts to combine to make a non combat pet, then taking this pet and buying more parts to combine with it to make a skin or mount or even a house.
Just take the pet out of the equation and sell us the parts for the other item separately.PCNA4 -
