Here's what Werewolf's new Skill Style looks like and How to Acquire It

Roar, Verdant Green is a new Skill Style introduced in Update 43, and the first Skill Style that Werewolf is able to use. It's locked behind a fragment chase, so here's a list of enemies you must defeat in order to acquire this Skill Style. Each fragment has a 100% chance to drop from its respective source.

  • Fragment of Hircine — Packleader Sigmund (final boss) in Hircine's Haunt (Craglorn)
  • Fragment of the Bad Man — Giant Snake Mother (the group event boss) in Bad Man's Hallows (Glenumbra)
  • Fragment of the Wolf-Father — Garach Wolf-Father (world boss) at Lakewatch Tower (Bangkorai)
  • Fragment of the Crucible — The Lava Queen (final boss) in The Blessed Crucible (4-man dungeon in The Rift)
  • Fragment of the Ascendant — Vykosa the Ascendant (final boss) in Moon Hunter Keep (Wolfhunter DLC dungeon in Reaper's March)

Here's a comparison between Roar, Deafening Roar, and Ferocious Roar, to compare how the Skill Style looks.

Please refrain from likening this new Skill Style to bad breath or bile. That's just rude.

Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).

Now all we need is a way to change the color of the werewolf itself, and we'll be set :D

It occurred to me that ZOS technically could make a Werewolf Transformation Skill Style that only changed the claw swipe VFX color of the light/heavy attack.

That means it's not guaranteed that a Werewolf Transformation Skill Style would change the fur color, although I very much hope it does. This is the perfect opportunity to finally let werewolves customize their character's appearance.

It occurred to me that Deafening Roar applies a visual effect to your target. Here's what the visual effect looks like with and without the new Skill Style:

Thank you for the information, @Erickson9610
Alternate colors seem perfectly fine skill styles for spells, but strange for melee weapon skills and disappointing for werewolf. There have been many requests for more options in color and even form. And they went with a green howl? :/
